my suggestion is that please offer a way to contact you via emails or written messages other than using your US hotline for travel changes
I suggest you allow us to contact or make complaints vis emails and written messages other than just calling your US hotline for travel changes and confirmation details. It is so difficult to send a clear message across; especially when your staff on the other end couldnt even comprehend what my problem was.

J'étais rassurée par le fait que c'était vous qui présentiez le site et je me suis aperçue que, de tout évidence, vous n'investiguiez apparemment pas du tout sur l'entreprise mise en avant.
