  1. Don't tell one thing and then don't follow through...

    Why do you people say "Please try again later" and when I do, the same thing happens again and I can't access my account? I'm thinking of switching to another email system after this happens again!!!!

  2. It would help if New Mail actually worked but it does not.

    Sometimes it locks me out and deletes my emails and I do not get all my emails. You can programme it so that people are not locked out of their emails by third parties. That would be a welcome idea. Having 404 is a no no

    your customer support sucks. i held for a few minutes to get help. then LUCAS wasnted me to try something at which time i was disconnected.. he said he would call back but as not.

  12. have a way to report technical errors

    There i something wrong with desktop Yahoo Mail. It says "Your mail is temporarily unavailable.
    Please wait a moment and reload the page." It's been down for hours, You have absolutely no way to report technical errors with your servers. According to DownDector many others are having this problem.

  14. All important mail treated as spam

    I have added contacts to my Yahoo address book, I have starred the emails, I am constantly marking them as not spam. Yet the new mails continue to be treated as spam. This used to happen ocasionally but now it is constant: all the emails go to spam.
    Why is there no option to just turn of this horrible antispam filter?!

    And on top of that when I post this suggestion the landing page is 404!!!!

  16. Lack of previous "sorting" protocol

    I need you to put back the e-mail sorting protocol for "Subject", as it is better in a lot of cases where sorting my 'sender' doesn't work for me.

  17. Spam filter should not be limited to 500

    I would sign up for Yahoo Mail Plus in a heartbeat if it included unlimited amount of spam filters. 500 is not enough these days....

  19. missing emails

    I am missing at least two VERY important emails. I am paying for Yahoo Plus so that I can access customer service. I'm told that my issue "has been escalated" and to wait for a response. There is no expectation of time and absolutely no sense of urgency. I need help.

  20. overseas access to email

    I go overseas, snowbird, and last Christmas I could not access my email because I have a US phone that doesnt work overseas and could not get a verification code.I had no recourse and was damaged with no email access. Dont say use international roamin, that would require a new phone and a higher costly plan, already checked. The solution is to not put me on an auto 2-step verification but no human to talk to. This never happened before.
