Cant receive message from a particular website
Dear Support Team,
I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my email account. I am currently unable to receive emails from the AVITS website, which is used for U.S. visa appointment notifications. This issue is preventing me from completing important steps in my visa application process.
I have already contacted AVITS support, and I was informed that the problem is likely on the side of my email service. They advised me to reach out to you to check if emails from their domain are being blocked, filtered, or restricted in any way.

Fix the font size problem in the android app.
The Yahoo mail android app has a problem. To reproduce, go to Settings, Display & touch, Display size and text, Move the "Font size" slider toward the plus sign a couple notches, then exit. Start the Yahoo Mail app. Open any email. There is no way to forward an email. This needs to be fixed. I'm old enough to need a larger default font. Thank you. [ iidon@yahoo.com ]

Stop giving ads thread priority
The ads posted on Yahoo mail cause it to slow to a crawl. I am using firefox, and whenever the ads refresh (every few seconds) navigation and typing become almost completely unresponsive. This happens in both Windows and Ubuntu, and on multiple different computers that I own. I don't mind ads, but not at the cost of basic functionality.

Good emails going to spam
I keep getting emails from businesses that I order from in Spam. I cleaned out all of my blocked addresses, contacted the businesses and have clicked NOT SPAM when they arrive in my spam folder.
What do you recommend?

Unread Filter Hiding Sent Messages in Conversation Mode
Filtering my inbox by "Unread" has recently been causing my sent messages to no longer appear in conversation mode so I can't review what I wrote prior/subsequent to any received messages. This was never an issue for me before as conversation mode has always displayed both what I've sent and received within a thread. This seems to be an issue that started over the past couple months, so I believe it is a bug.

Yahoo: address the very bad performance issues with new windows desktop Yahoo Mail
The performance of the new desktop Yahoo Mail is still extremely poor. I never experienced anything like this before the new windows desktop was rolled out. Quite frequently when deleting/moving emails or navigating between different folders, my session hangs (waiting 10-15 secons or longer for things to update and display the desired content), leading me to not want to wait and simply refreshing my (typically) EDGE browser session. Note this happens on the latest/updated versions of: EDGE, FireFox, Chrome, Duck Duck Go and Norton's Private Browsers on my HP laptop running the latest Windows 11 OS (all updates applied). I…

New Calendar is not functional
The new calendar is not functional! The grid lines that separate the days on month view are not dark enough so you cannot see which appointment is on which day. Also make the default view "month view" or make the default view user selectable.

Keep the old email as an option. The last “new” mail was a poorly designed disaster
I do not want the “new improved” version of Yahoo Mail. The last time you rolled one out was a disaster. On forums, there was 100% consensus that the new version was terrible. To presume to prioritize MY email? What an incredibly short-sighted, gimmicky, and detrimental thing to do. I lost emails in folders and functionality. I have medical history in some of those folders and it is imperative that I have uninterrupted access to them as I go through various required assessments and consultations. Please allow us to toggle sharing of data w/AI partners on or off, with the default being off. If someone wants to use those features, that can be up to them, but do NOT automatically share our information with data scrapers for their LLMs and generativeAI. It is counter-productive and WILL lose you customers. Average, moderately-informed people do not like the shoehorning of wasteful, thieving, congnitive-atrophying, bland, inaccurate generativeAI into their products. Some of us want today's middle schoolers to have functioning brain stems and drinking water and electricity when they go to college.

2 step verification Improvement
I'm constantly having problems with two-step verification. sms did not delivered to my phone number and verification mail is another yahoo mail. So I constantly have 2 step verification problem and I want to turn it off. But I could not reach the page when I can turn it off. Please make it easy to cancel 2 step verification or please show me the easy way to perform it. It is so strange that I could not get sms from you. Thaks in advance for your help.
