copy paste from word, excel, etc
Please allow the user to copy/paste from source to yahoo mail and keep the format at the source. When copying from Word that has tab delimited columns the columns are no longer aligned in Yahoo mail. When copying from Excel the user should have the option of keeping the grid boxes. When copying a table from either the size of the table should remain constant not turn into jumbo size.

Attachment
While sending mail we attach document. If we have to open & check it before sending it we are unable to do it. Previously it was allowed.

I often prepare drafts and then send the message many hours later. When sending the message, the time that the draft was prepared is stated in the sent e-mail, NOT the actual time that the e-mail is sent. This causes both me and the recipient much confusion. THIS MUST BE SORTED OUT. Thank you

improve disposable mailbox list
- put add button somewhere accessible anywhere in the list. I add them once in a while; with 180 now I have to scroll all the way to the bottom
- enable sort; step to a spot in the list with a keypress
- allow keyboarding through list
- provide an accelerator to get there. This is/was a key security feature .

YAHOO NEEDS AN OPTION WHERE YOU CAN CLEAN OUT ALL MESSAGES FROM INBOX TO TRASH.
WE NEED THE OPTION TO WIPE OUT THE ENTIRE INBOX. I HAVE SPAM THAT IS IN MY NEW MAIL AND ITS HARD TO SIFT OUT OLD FROM NEW ITS EXHAUSTING. SO ID RATHER DELETE EVERYTHING FROM MY INBOX AND START FRESH.

I want my original email to close automatically after replying or forwarding any email message.

Please include an undo button for accidentally deleted messages while composing
Sometimes an email content is completely deleted accidentally. There is no undo button so I can retrieve it. Sucks!

Too easy to open emails accidentally while ticking to select them for deletion
If you aren't 100% accurate ticking the box, it's far too easy to accidentally end up opening an email, rather than selecting it. The box needs a much bigger "catch zone" for mouse clicks

No of Stars
Currently there are only yellow color star which is insufficient. Add at least 4 different color stars like blue, red, orange and green to categorize the mails.

Scrolling
Having to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to send and email is kind of annoying. Making a static bar would be amazing! The colors are pretty though! The flashing documents button is weird. Not a fan, but helpful feature! Do you guys have anything like Google Drive?

Remove Recipient Suggestions
I do not want Yahoo's help in deciding who to send a message to. The algorithm used to decide suggestions is terrible and never provides useful selections. This function has also been responsible for sending dozens of e-mail messages to the wrong recipient(s), as individuals came up as suggestions based on others which I had added and were accidentally picked up when adding a longer list of recipients.
There needs to be a setting through which a user can turn off this functionality.

Remove 'Me' from all messages and lists
I do not want to see 'me' anywhere in the application but, instead, my true e-mail address. This took 1000s of complaints and months of work when Yahoo! Mail moved to the last version to restore and, somehow, it is back again. 'Me' should never be displayed anywhere within the site - only the true e-mail addresses of the sender and recipient.

Please highlight the folders with unread emails
Only a number next to the folder showing there are unread emails. However the folder itself is not highlighted. Would be good to highlight/bold the folders to make them standout.

Left side bar
I would like to be able to edit the side bar on the left. The flashing icons on the left are annoying.

Add a way to not show email in Preview Pane
I use the preview pane, but often times I like to leave it opened up after reading emails without showing any email in the preview pane. Previously I'd click the refresh button to force the currently showing preview email to not show. This helps with having my email open and not showing emails to people walking by.

Show exact number of emails in Inbox
I hate that no even the Inbox folder is showing 999+ instead of the exact number if you have more than 1000 emails. Please reinstate the exact count!

The folders hierarchy does not show any unread emails in the box name. If there are any unread emails, I have to go to each folder and check. I have quite a few filters and it is tedious to go to each folder and check if there were any emails on that day.
