Stop Showing Ads in Yahoo Mail+
When I signed up for Mail+, one of the key benefits was an ad-free experience across Yahoo. Since then, that benefit has disappeared, and they've even reduced the amount of inbox storage available. Yet I'm still paying for the "no ads" promise.
So imagine my surprise when I opened my inbox and was greeted by a massive promotion for 50% off the first year of Monarch—presented as a special "perk" for Mail+ users. But let's be honest: it's an ad. And not a subtle one, either. It's huge.

Deleting an old Mail Alias
I have an old alias Yahoo mail address and I want to delete but Yahoo will not allow me too apparently because I created it a long time ago. That alias (while not being used any longer) continues to get over 100 spam emails per day some of which are vile.

I just deleted 244 hitler sex secrets, wet **, suck your * daddy, get me pregnant, split her wide open and *** balls deep in her, and more spam messages because Yahoo can't seem to stop these disgusting messages from fake email addresses from hitting our email.
I've had this email address for 30 years now (yes I'm old). It would be great to not get this garbage. Can't forward theses spam messages to anyone in Yahoo, can't block the senders, and can't block key words so the spam might not show up.

Suddenly the photos and pictures I once saw in the thread no longer shows. I want to see pictures of Zillow recommendations, for example, before I click to open. Now in order to see the pictures I have to open the eamil. Please help me change this. I had it before in this type of Yahoo email. I have searched everywhere within the app to change this back but I've had no success.

Retrieving Deleted Emails
You need to make retrieving an accidentally deleted email easier. I accidentally deleted a zoom meeting request and now cannot attend the meeting because I cannot retrieve the deleted email.

Need better sorting of email
I need to be able to sort my email better. Give me the option to sort email not just by "Newest", "Oldest" and "Sender". but by "Subject", as much of my emails have the same subject matter, and I have way too much to sort through to find the one subject I need to view. We used to have this option, but you changed it without clients' input.

Stop allowing inappropriate emails
A couple months ago, I started receiving many more spam emails than ever before, and most have adult content in the subject and/or in the preview line. Some even contain the F word in large, bold characters. This is very distressing, especially if I'm checking my Yahoo mail during lunch at work -- I don't want anyone else seeing these types of emails in case they happen to be stopping by my cubicle. It would be really great to be able to block numerous senders. I am receiving so much spam mail and cannot block all of them because you have a limit.
