  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

  4. Cant find storage use data

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  5. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  6. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

    After accessing my account after a hiatus, my Gmail account is being absolutely inundated with spam using my Yahoo name skstonephoto.

    PLEASE DO NOT SELL MY INFORMATION!

    Go back to the old mail! You at Yahoo have no Idea the problems you cause when you make changes and us computer illiterate old people have to spend hours trying to figure out how to adapt to something that worked for us just fine.

  10. I need help to Cull emails of 20 years

    I have got years and years and years of emails.... this was my first ever email account around 20 years ago. How much do I need to remove to keep email going without subscription?
    How can I see how much space I am using?
    How can I remove most emails all at once.?

  18. Allow Sender column resizing

    Right now my Sender (From) column in New Yahoo Mail has a fair amount of blank space to the right, which reduces space allotted to Subject. So it would be nice to be able to resize it to make it narrower. Even Senders with longer names partially masked by such narrowing would remain obvious in a large majority of cases -- doubly so viewed in conjunction with Subject, as well as the nice hover feature that shows the sender's email address.

  20. STOP Sexually explicit emails for free and don't try to make customers pay for Yahoo Plus for peace of mind and safety

    Customers should start a class action lawsuit against yahoo for not protecting consumers from sexually explicit emails. My children have been exposed..I wonder how many other people feel the same.
