  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

  3. Cant find storage use data

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  5. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  6. Naviagation and Display of new Yahoo Mail

    You took away the ability to open messages in new tabs. I used this feature all of the time. I just read a message that had links to some webpages that required a log in. I couldn't remember my password, so I had to close out of the email, open my passwod reminder folder, and after I found my password reminder, I had to scroll down my messages again until I could find and open the email with additional links. In the old system I would just open my password folder in a new tab, find the password, and re-open…

    Subject: TCP connection timeout from sonic306-1.consmr.mail.bf2.yahoo.com to our MX

    When sending email from [@yahoo.com] to [@khc.com], Yahoo mailer-daemon reports "Unable to deliver message after multiple retries, giving up."
    Sending MTA: sonic306-1.consmr.mail.bf2.yahoo.com (74.6.132.40).

    Gmail can deliver emails to our MX normally. Our MX port 25 is open from US network, our MX IP is not in any blacklist.
    No SMTP session was created, the issue is TCP handshake timeout only from this Yahoo sonic cluster.
    Please check the routing from 74.6.132.40 to our MX IP [113.108.187.182].

    我们在9月7号从yahoo邮箱给中国的企业邮箱***@khc.com发送邮箱时，yahoo邮箱收到退信，但是退信并不是由KHC公司拦截导致的。跟据退信内容，推测是yahoo邮箱把khc.com列为黑名单或yahoo未能解析khc邮箱。至今该问题还未解决， 请帮忙查明原因并处理，十分感谢！

  13. search within spam folder

    Please allow the Spam folder to be searchable. I have tried in:spam search terms and in:Spam search terms, and neither works. There does not appear to be a way to search for emails in Spam. This would be IMMENSELY helpful for finding emails that were improperly flagged as spam.

    Salve, oggi aprendo la posta elettronica di yahoo mail, mi sono ritrovate le vecchie email sopra a tutto e quelle nuove sono scomparse. Io ho 1500 email da quelle di oggi fino al 2014. Come posso fare per riavere le email e averle da quelle nuove fino alle vecchie in ordine? vi ringrazio.

  16. Filter for blocked senders or increase number that can be blocked

    In my Yahoo mail, working from my desktop computer, I used to be able to click on the three dots for spam and block senders. That is no longer working because, I found out, that I reached the 1,000 limit. I want to be able to delete some older ones, but because the blocked sender list is alphabetical, I have no way of knowing which ones are the oldest. And, there is no way to filter the list. Please either increase the list, make it so we can filter by date, or do a better job of keeping bogus users…

  17. Allow an option to return to classic

    After realizing there is now no option to return to classic email which I have been using for 29 years, I have decided to back up my mail and move to Gmail full time. That way I will have no need for any Yahoo whatsoever. You have bit yourself in the foot and will likely become another AOL.   19. Yahoo Mail website is shown as a blank screen

    I am trying to view my e-mail account on my laptop. When I open the Yahoo Mail screen, it shows a blank screen and I cannot access or read my e-mail. I had switched to the new Yahoo Mail and I want to switch back to either basic mail or the other Yahoo mail

  20. Unable to connect my yahoo mail accounts to my Mac mail app

    I have multiple accounts to which I have added to my mac mail app. All my other emails are working but the yahoo accounts wont sink at all and show no emails. I have spoken to Apple and they cannot fix the issue as it is down to yahoo issues. Please advise.
