1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

   I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

2. Don't get rid of notepad!

   Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
   I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

3. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

   Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

   Current options are :
   Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

   Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

   Thank you for the Classic Yahoo email. I use it everyday. By any chance, is it possible to have an easily accessible display menu on the left side of Inbox, just like the real Classic version Yahoo mail? Once again I thank you to bring back the Yahoo Classic.

   Please put the block and mark as spam back on the settings drop down.
   I don't see where I can empty the block emails so I can update to current emails to block.
   How is it that my gmail doesn't have this flood of spam email issue?

10. Improve your help options

    Your help section is beyond useless. I cant access my email account, i keep on getting a message saying "Your mail is temporarily unavailable. Learn more" When i click on any "Contact us" button nothing happens. You may very well loose me us a customer to gmail if this is not sorted out URGENTLY

12. Stop messing about with it.

    USELESS. Every time you do an update I have some sort of problem. I now can't get into my e-mails and on previous updates, I have lost hundreds of entries in my calendar. Why don't you leave it alone?

14. yahoo.com.hk mail is unavailable and problem to load the page.

    I found that only yahoo.com.hk cannot receive or send email but I can do it by using yahoo.com. Thus, I think that there are some problems happened in yahoo.com.hk, pls, check and fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I can sign in to my Yahoo account (ionutbogdangagea@yahoo.com) on any device without any issues, but I cannot access Yahoo Mail on any device or browser.
    The inbox does not load and always shows the same temporary error, both in web browsers and in the Yahoo Mail app.
    I have already tried all recommended troubleshooting steps: restarting the browser, clearing cache, using different supported browsers, signing out from all devices, and reinstalling the Yahoo Mail app.
    The problem still persists across all devices.
    Please investigate this issue on the server side, as it seems related to my mailbox rather than my login.

18. Give better access to customers with faults on their mail

    My mail comes up with an error message when I log in. I have years of important stored emails I need access to. The error message says. Your mail is temporarily unavailable. Learn more. Chat was a complete waste of time and energy. tHE MAIL IS WORKING ON MY MOBILE PHONE. it worked on my desktop all month until this morning. My computer or systems have not updated in this month and so the fault appears to be with Yahoo, whereas your Chat bot appears to suggest it is everything but a yAHOO ISSUE.
