2. Please allow Planner function to be disabled

   Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

3. Fix the calendar display bugs

   Every time I add notes to an existing calendar event and save them, that event now appears TWICE on that day until I hit refresh on the browser.

5. Split screen

   Since several months, when I go to move an email into a folder on the left the folders move to the right so that I have to fiddle every tome to get in into the folder. It's something to do with split screen option, but I dont understand what that's for and dont know how to make it stop doing it. Its really arduous to file my emails now. An explanation of how to undo this function would be helpful

7. Allow one to deactivate an account!

   Why doesn't yahoo have a way of recovering accounts that have been deactivated?

   BTW, you rules say deactivation is implemented after 2 years of nonuse. The account I am trying re use (reactivate) was last used on May 1, 2025 (which isn't close to the two year deactivation limit!

8. Not receiving some emails.

   I have a Yahoo email account and I used it to sign up and play ToonTown. I need to get an email from Toon Town to start playing it again on a different computer. the Toontown website says the email has been sent but it is not showing up in my email.

10. Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!

    I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. 11. Prevent ADs that look like emails

    STOP allowing ANY ADs appearing mixed in with my emails (Inbox, Deleted Items, Folders, etc) that have an image of a selection box on the left-hand side. They look TOO much like a valid email, but accidently clicking on them as I try to select emails to delete, inevitably opens a malicious website that, thank goodness, my anti-malware software has protected me from.
    But....WHY are you allowing them to attempt to fool us like this?

12. Ads connected to a Virus should not be connected to email.

    There was an Ad that showed up in my email box with a area to the left to click on it labeled Smith. I tried to remove it and a redirect pop up telling me I was infected with a virus. the Yahoo Mail Ad from smith is the virus. The statement gave the notice of senior benefits in my area.

15. expand the new calendar so it shows all entries posted for each day of the month

    I need my yahoo calendar expanded so I can see all my daily entries when I click on "month".
    Now it only shows partial sentences for the first 2 or 3 entries and the rest of the daily entries are shown "6 more".
    Please call me and let me know how I can expand the current calendar to show all my daily entries in their entirety.

17. New calendar missing colors

    You apparently just redesigned the calendar. I cannot see the colors of SOME of my event calendars but CAN see the colors of others. In other words, the color-coding of my events is partially missing but SOME of the colors are still there. This seems like a simple fix. Could you please fix it? And while you're at it, please give us the option to have only BASIC American holidays (like I have on my Android phone). When I try to insert American holidays, you clutter up my whole calendar with ridiculous "holidays" that nobody actually knows about or cares about. Why can't you cater to your clients' needs? Why must you keep dictating things to us in a manner that is antithetical to our need for simplicity???

19. AI Generated Fake Billing of my Energy Bills. How is that legal for you to do?

    Earlier this morning when I woke-up, I found a supposed "overdue bill" by National Grid for my House in my emails. I was deeply confused as I had contacted National Grid last week so they could reimburse me for overpaying my bill by a wrongful double-pay from their automatic payment system that I'm enrolled in. But your email service said I was past due on a bill to them. I clicked it and what had happened was your Yahoo AI system created a fake energy bill. That is, it took the data from my incoming bill which will be paid via an automatic payment much later this month and then changed the language to say it was "overdue" and that I needed to pay immediately. Obviously this initially caused panic until I went to my National Grid website and found that it was not overdue at all. With all due respect, what are you all doing? How is this even legal?

20. Yahoo restriction should not be a restriction (when trying to reset a password).

    I had a problem using a medical portal and a login issue w/ resetting passwords.
    When I forgot my password and clicked on the 'Forgot password', I entered my email address and then a msg to go to my inbox to get the link to reset the pswd. I never got the link (no matter how many times I tried)!
    After working w/ website support I find that Yahoo and GMail don't support certain portal/website (eg, Athena Health portal and Physicians Mutual! So the email w/ the link to reset the password goes to the TRASH folder!!
    I'd looked in the inbox and Spam folder, but never the trash folder.
    ChatGPT explains in lengthy detail why it doesn't support certain applications.

    Why can't Yahoo / Gmail just send it to the inbox!! It's a legit email. Yes, it's annoying that a simple request to reset the password would cause this problem because of whatever restriction (that I don't think should be a restriction)!
