  1. Web signatures don't change when viewed through the app

    My signatures are set through my Yahoo accounts, and I can see them properly set up on a computer. But in the mobile app, I have to reset my signatures for every account, every time I change phones. And when I try to change the signature by tapping the appropriate account, the app closes. Just have the mobile app refer to the signatures that I can find tied to my Yahoo accounts and that will solve everything.

  4. Something happened in the latest update that is annoying.

    Yahoo mail shows how many new emails you have. After I have read all the emails the site still shows the exact same amount of new mail which is annoying. It used to clear that once the emails had been read but I guess in the latest update they messed some sort of functionality up.

    Please fix is so one an email is read, it no longer appears in the new email count.

  5. Lost my all emails, need them badly :(

    Hello, I have logged-in email after a while and I noticed my inbox is blank. I have been using this email from more than 15 years. I need all past emails what I had. Kindly help me to recover all of them. I never deleted them. I haven't given/shared my credential to anyone. Today i'm seeing my inbox empty. Kindly restore this.

  7. default to monthly calendar display

    Provide a setting such that calendar displays in MONTHLY mode when opened. Currently it shows Weekly display and i have to change it each time.

  9. Don't like the new design on my yahoo calendar.

    My calendar designed was changed without my consent. It is much harder to read. Please convert BACK to the old design. Or offer choices for another one.

  10. No WE DON'T WANT NEW EMAIL!!

    Is is possible to just fix the issues of the email system that we like? There are so many issues that you guys just ignore, even though people used to post and post and post about them? How about give us what we want, instead of ramming a new system down our throats that we don't want and probably won't like?

  11. Font size too small on iOS app

    Since the last update, the font size is too small. Adjusting it via the display and/or accessibility settings DOES NOT WORK.

    As a PAID SUBSCRIBER, this is unacceptable. Please fix in the next update.

    Bonjour, est-ce qu'il est possible de parler une autre langue que l'anglais avec vous ? N'y a t il pas plus important que le background ? La qualité des options ne s'estime pas à leur quantité. On s'y perd maintenant trop facilement, dommage ! Merci

  13. Turn OFF Split Screen

    How do I turn this off????

    I'm trying to move mail into folders and every time I drag an email to a folder the stupid split screen sidebar pops up and jams me up. How do I stop this?

  15. Contact Preservation

    Please do not include deletion of contacts when you delete emails due to inactivity (which is already terrible, life got busy and I was a month and a half late apparently to prevents years of memories from being destroyed). Contacts do not take up nearly as much space as emails with attachments. At the very least these could have been saved. This would greatly increase customer value proposition and make customers feel like you care, which would in turn, increase use and interest in back into Yahoo.

  16. getting ads off my mail screen so I can access more than the top email on desktop.

    Why can I not see the entire screen or scroll through my emails? half the page is covered in ads and is making using mail inaccessible. I've been using Yahoo Mail since I was 6 years old with my first account gigglygirl6.. rlschneider03 was the one I made after, and I am about to leave Yahoo altogether after using it for my entire life (27 years of use in my 33 years of life). Get rid of the ads... ADS SHOULD NOT MAKE EMAIL INACCESSIBLE WHAT THE HECK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?! You are called Yahoo MAIL.. not Yahoo Ads Only Go Fcuk Yourselves...…

  17. Set calendar to monthly as the default, instead of weekly

    Give us back the capability of setting the defaults in the Calendar to Month as the default. All of a sudden it went away and went back to weekly. I like to open it as Monthly.

  18. Insulting ads

    Why do I get ads about diabetes monitors and snake oil nostrums for the obese when I am neither obese nor diabetic? Yahoo keeps prodding me to turn off my GDP. There's no way I'll consent to more ads, especially given the quality and content of the ones yahoo's currently dumping on me.
