Mail+ paid support is **** ! My experience is still no answers & they cannot seem to understand a problem the support chat bot does 4-5 word

More than useful Rae . A necessity to be able to screen your emails ! And no i'll not provided any more feedback than I have already with regard to this!!
You may most certainly frwd these inquiry & seems an odd thing to remove from your app which is basically a security feature can't even view if the emails are being encrypted as matter fact and no one else came back with this bs answer !!!

Example : This inquiry was assigned by your Yahoo Mail + support chat bot every person whom responded totally acted completely incompetent, unable to read even , were attempting to continuously act as if they needed more information or put off to something anything that i needed to do to including call to verify my account which is very easily done so easy in fact the bots can do that simply by the fact i was there the support chat they also verify that the number the automated call bot . Danny at lest apologized when i sent back how many times i told them the problem and i got no legitimate response anything. The telephone person was so inept that she wanted to view screen with my device to see a problem the Yahoo Mail + Android application by browser but was requiring the application be downloaded and wouldn't accept several her connection pins , then i downloaded the app and she didn't know the service address that had to be entered before the connection code & i even told her you have to enter the device im on phone number to connect with it also and i provide that ()-7765 to her but she wasn't able to connect still & ended up disconnecting the call !! I will provide PDF files the email exchange and even Danny did nothing other than apologize, then went about telling me to run checks i already had and do a suggestion i had mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling the App and i responded that as well but got no answer anyone & now i've two customer satisfaction survey my inbox !! To funny Yahoo the one the phone person disconnected for me to respond yesterday marks to high there with a 1 mostly because didn't asked 0 !!
No uninstalling and reinstalling the app did no good the problem is in effect .

I cannot open the address details any emails the Yahoo Mail Android Application still 😤 !
