  1. Forward and Delete Mail

    Forward and Delete incoming mail.

    In a previoius version, when forwarding incoming mail to another account, there was a choice to either retain or delete the original. My choice was to delete, since I would attend to it through the forwarded account. Apparently, this feature is no longer available. I believe it is useful for people with multiple accounts who wish to consolidate all mail in one place. Going into the second account to delete forwarded mail already attended to is an unnessecary step. The feature should be reinstated.

  4. help with stopping email forwarding

    A long time ago I sub to yahoo plus and forwarded my email to my gmail address. I asked for help to stop it and got no answers and to this day I am seeing copies of emails in my gmail. I have not subbed to yahoo plus in many years (over 10 most likely) and would like the forwarding to stop. Also why should i pay for assistance to stop this? This is a bad practice. Yahoo was one of my original emails (hot mail was first). But honestly I would have long ago if…

  7. Recovery and customer support for middle east countries

    The yahoo recovery system and customer service support is terrible for people in Middle East.
    We cannot purchase support subscription,customer service calls aren’t available,online social media verification isn’t available! Extremely terrible system.

  8. Enabling email forwarding fails at the verification stage!

    I'm stuck at waiting for the verification mail from Yahoo to arrive to the target account mailbox. Displaying the red warning triangle in Mailboxes--Mailboxes list--Forwarding in a wait to confirm which I can't do because Yahoo still hasn't sent the said message.

  9. REMOVE AUTOMATIC FORWARDING PAYWALL

    Charging for automatic email forwarding is despicable. If someone wants to stop using your mailbox (rife with obnoxious ads now) they still have to continue to pay five dollars a month to have emails forwarded automatically to their new (and lets be honest, far superior) email provider. Policies like this are unethical and you should seriously reconsider allowing users to automatically forward away from your platform without continuing to pay you, for essentially doing nothing. I suppose I'll be blasting my…

  10. cannot access multiple email accounts

    i have 3 yahoo mail accounts. i have tried multiple times to reset up these accounts. in the old system there was a drop down menu where i could select an account. now even after setting up separately 2 accounts, i can only access one.... and there's no way to toggle to the others. help. this sucks.

  14. NO automatic email forwarding with this new yahoo mail

    I need automatic email forwarding but this new yahoo mail does not have that option. There is also no option to use the classic yahoo mail.

    To set up auto-forwarding, please go to Setting-More settings-Mailboxes, click your account then scroll down until you see the forwarding setting.

  15. Why are you refusing to allow forwarding emails to my yahoo account account? The email account is a safe account.

    Please fix the steps to add forwarding email addresses to Yahoo. Enough, already?

  16. Cannot access any meaningful support for my issue. How can I contact a support team for help?

    Please make contacting support available. I have an issue not addressed in any of the self help FAQ's and there is no means to contact a help representative by phone, email, or chat. Very poor service.

    Unsubscribe notifications to all the emails I used it and it got unsubscribed but after two days i am seeing same again in my list and this was the third time. Now i am fed up with now. I will deactivate the account from yahoo.

  18. Yahoo finance premium subscription

    long time ago, i opened the junk yahoo email account but by mistake i setup a country other than usa though i lived in usa. due to this, i was not able to register for yahoo finance premium. i sent multiple emails to yahoo finance help and none of them helped yet to changed the account country settings. no one gives clues how to change this. it used to be yahoo id card and change account settings in the past, but not any more. i cannot change account regional settings.…

  20. Spam forwarding

    When I select a folder for blocked senders emails to be forwarded to - Settings - More - Security - Add - the folder changes back to INBOX after saved. VERY USELESS. PLEASE FIX
