  1. Expand Read/Unread and Filter options to include colors

    As many have suggested, the difference between Unread (BOLD) and Read (not bold) emails is often difficult to discern. I agree that an option to choose color assignment to Unread/Read emails would be good and a benefit to people like myself who have vision problems. Make Unread (BOLD)/Read (not bold) the DEFAULT OPTION and allow email recipients to choose separate colors of their choice using the color palette.

    Additionally, I would like to see you expand this feature to the Filter Options as well. Currently a filter can be set up to direct emails to a different…

  4. This is my first experience with Yahoo and so far not happy. When I find "h

    When I select "settings" like instructed in help, the settings drop down doesn't give me the options like the help states. I get three options and none are correct ones and lead me no where. All I want is to to two things right now, Have all sent messages SAVED in "sent" folder and to change my "disposable email" keyword as I get an error message and not sure why.   11. iPad app uses inconvenient yahoo browser instead of the default (Safari)

    When I click on a link in an email, the iPad app uses a separate yahoo browser instead of the default (Safari). It’s hugely inconvenient. I cannot access my web bookmarks. I cannot save the link itself to my bookmarks. I cannot reference other open tabs from Safari while reading. I cannot leave the link/tab open to look at later. And more that I cannot do.

  12. How long emails stay in trash.

    I may have deleted an email that contained important information. I don't know, because I can't tell how long it is until my trash folder gets cleared. I would very much like to change this in settings. For example, I would set it to delete emails after they've been in there for a month, so if it takes me a few weeks to realise I've deleted an important email, I can still get it back.

    By default, both the Trash and Spam folders empty automatically to keep your account tidy. You cannot change the Trash and Spam settings.

    Trash deletion frequency – Trash is deleted after 7 days.
    Spam deletion frequency – Spam is deleted after 30 days.

  13. Very upset - pestered to update settings, now emails from my phone are not being received. VERY IMP to send images from my phone NOT working

    I updated settings on PC after many pester notices and now emails from my IPHONE are not recieved on my pc. REALLY TERRIBLE!!!!

    ... I instantly block sender because I do not speak it. Respectively, I consider the incoming mail as an Ad. and delete it.

  15. i hate your new format. I CANT print out anything, I have to go to the old format to "more' and then I can.

    I hate the new format. I can't print an e-mail, have to go to the old format for that.

    Please give me back what I had. Incredible that you can't even get the basics right. Do you pay people for these irritating makeovers???

  18. Stop auto play ads with sound

    All of a sudden, I am getting ads that play with sound in my mail. I have a Yahoo business account, and pay for Yahoo web hosting. I can't tell you how infuriating it is to be on a zoom call, open my mail to find a communication and some ad starts playing, broadcasting to my clients on the call. Shut it the f off.

  19. Someone Has Forgotten What Yahoo Users Need!

    Some yolkless egghead seems to have hidden the means by which I can reply to or forward an email from my yahoo inbox wihout having to open the email. These options do not seem to be available any more. All I see are: Archive, Move, Delete, and Spam. Clicking on the three dots to the right of these doesn't show anything either. You people seem to have drifted out of touch. Want to lose your advertisers?

  20. Hating some of the positions on your new "email"

    In the "settings" you need to put where we have a CHOICE as to WHICH SIDE we want the calendar, note pad, and all on because I not only just dislike but I do LOATH, DESPISE, AND HATE WITH A PASSION that the calendar and all are on the RIGHT rather than the LEFT!!!! GAG ME WITH A FREAKING STICK WHY DON'T YA!
