Block spam option is currently broken
Whenever the block and delete option is pressed the selected messages are initially deleted, however the messages are instantly restored and the delete function has to be used separately

Easy method of reporting a scam email
When a email is highlighted there should also be a report this email as scam button. If there already is one, then it should be made easier to find and use.

I am not amused at all when you change layout; it makes it difficult to work with E-mail that keeps changing. It is not an art show, please revert back to "normal" old layout, thanks.

Re-arranging accounts
In the past, before you changed the platform, I was able to re-arrange my accounts on the left side menu. I can't do that in the Classic or New platform. I do not like the changes at all. I'm currently in the Classic because I hated the new Platform. But you still made some changes to the Classic. Why did you remove being able to rearrange accounts?

Visual design contrast and readability
I'm glad that this new version didn't ditch the email tabs. That is the primary reason why I still use Y!Mail after all these years, and it made me crazy that past redesigns would try to get rid of this critical feature. I'm still getting used to the new layout.
But the lingering issue is that this new visual design makes it hard to read the content. It feels like all the words are harder to scan and read. It is definitely much harder to see which of my emails are read or unread in my inbox. The airy, pastel…

New yahoo mail is okay but.....
When I open an email I can see both new and old messages but it is kind of messy. The latest thing my contact wrote is not neccessarily in the top but I wish it would be....and often (maybe always?) messages are shrunken and I have to press an arrow or something to enlarge the message and I can read it. I can understand why I would save space with long texts but it can be two lines that are only visible after I press a button.
Do you really meant it to be this way? :)

New viewing format is terrible
The new viewing format looks terrible. I cannot distinguish between the read and unread messages. They all look the same. The boldness of the fonts is not different from the non-bold ones. Everything looks like they are all blended together. Hard to tell between AD or real message. I like the previous format better.

the delete key from keyboard stopped working
Since forever the delete key on the keyboard has deleted the mail currently in view. With the latest UI update, that has stopped working. Please fix it.

Out of Office response
Hi, the out of office response does not seem to allow selecting dates for a single day. Example if I am out of the office for 21st Aug 2026, the end date can't be set to 21st Aug, instead it sets at 22nd Aug and send the out of office message to emails received on the 22nd.

Not able to download notes still even after it was mentioned as fixed by admin
As notes is closing down, I am not able to download notes from yahoo, even now it gives error when "download your notes" link is clicked not sure whether its being tested out still after fix checked on 23 july 2026
