WHAT'S NEW?
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders. 
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Drag and drop messages to folders - Just click and hold on an email message, then drag and drop that message into a different folder. 
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    Dear Yahoo Support,

    I try to register for a paid membership but I can't succeed it. Firstly, you only give US options to users (one of the states must be preferred). However you have worldwide clients and they might not be located in USA. Even I prefer one state, I can't complete payment as I got error that 'It is not you. It is us. We will check and get back to you'. However none gets back to me. Please fix your membership form.

    I've had a problem with my email signature for months. Your techies cannot improve it. I used to have a very professional signature; now it is basic and unimpressive. Will the new format give me a better option?

  4. Old version???

    When can I get my old version back? I had it set up perfectly and Yahoo took it away without my permission. Plus they took away any option to change it back...

    Imposible to,change the colours of the theme.
    Worst than the precedent yahoo mail.
    I don't like.
    Very diificult to see the difference between mails read or not ! It is a pity...

    New Yahoo look is total *.
    I pay money for many years but never get goot service from yahoo. First , it stopped providing normal pop access, now it looks like designer got a dose with mushrooms and never get back from being hi.

  10. I cannot upgrade my Yahoomail to Yahoo+ in Australia

    Hi,
    I tried several times to upgarde my Yahoomail to Yahoo+ to get more storage. The alert is only US cutomers can upgrade. Could you please assist?

  12. Right hand column minimize and lock it

    I like that has a Plus subscriber I can "minimize" the right hand column, but how do I lock it to minimized? If I refresh the page, or open it new tomorrow, it will once again be "maximized/open" and thus using screen real estate I prefer to have for my mail list.

  13. Not getting emails

    It seems that I'm not getting emails. I have had several web pages send me a link to click and I never get them, I apparently was signed out of FOXNEWS and they sent me a link which I have not yet gotten. Also some invoices are suppose to have been sent to me, haven't got any.

    i'm trying to clean out emails from 10 plus years ago and do a group deletion but nothing is being deleted to clear out some storage space, what to do ?

  16. move to another folder disabled?

    seems now unable to move a message to another folder, or delete or move multiple emails, now opens always to Inbox when it used to open to the last folder accessed - no information on the web about how to switch back and no manual or FAQ to resolve issues - a mess

    why have to allow yahoo voice (WTH is that?) access?

    I would like to be able to add a sender to a list that so that all mail from that sender will be displayed when viewing the Priority filter.

  18. Advanced search functionality and offline email access

    When I do an advanced search, the original functionality where I could limit the search to a specific folder or all mail is extremely useful; should retain all the original advanced search options. Also it is very useful to be use the Spam button to tag selected emails as junk in one click.

    You should include the functionality to download emails to local storage for offline access. This will allow the user to delete locally archived emails from the yahoo email server and free up online storage.

  20. Storage, Individual emails, or Groups of Selected email size NOT AVAILABLE

    Yahoo's FAQs, Help, and even PRIORITY HELP is WRONG on seeing size of individual emails, or groups of emails, or even seeing how much storage you've used.
    The Paid Support can't even figure it out!
