spam email delete
in the past you could delete spam and also block the spam sender for the future, a very helpful function. That function seems to have been removed? So we will get more spam and fill up our storage space even further. Why not reinstate the function?

Search by Custom Dates
There is no easy way to enter custom dates for search in Yahoo Mail. The only option I see is jump by a month. Ideally one should be able to select a year then month and the date. I try to enter the date which is accepted by the field however it does not get selected! This is the most basic way all websites allow date selection.

Make read emails a different color than unread
When using the dark mode, read emails used to appear in a dark gray/black color. Unread used to appear in a lighter gray color in inbox. It made it very clear when looking at both read and unread what emails you still had not opened. The only way to make it clear now is by only looking at unread or only looking at read which is not helpful when you need both at once.

the day, month banners have gone in the inbox, this was a useful thing to find emails

In old version, I could click on the inbox and a blue progress bar would go from left to right showing the email was refreshing, this was useful as my internet connection isn't the best, so I would know If I had any new mail

I use Edge browser, problem with scrolling
I scroll up the list of emails, and it jumps 40 emails, and then I have to scroll many times to get back to the top, very annoying

Switching to different emails
In the Old Yahoo email there was a link on the upper right to switch to a different email, for example, between a businss email to a personal email. Why did you take that away. Now there is tremendous difficulty and lots of wasted time attempting to move back and forth.

pam filter deletes legitimate emails and attachments
Hello Yahoo Mail Support,
I am very dissatisfied with how your spam filter works.
Your system constantly decides on its own that emails I actually need are “Spam”. These emails are from real people I know, not advertising or malicious content.
What is especially unacceptable is that when I try to take an email out of the Spam folder (for example by clicking Archive or other actions), the message gets permanently deleted instead of being moved to Inbox or Archive. As a result, I lose important emails and attachments without any warning or confirmation.

Enable more lines of emails to be viewed. Reduce the size of ads.
I hate what you have done. I'm only able to see a few lines of emails due to the advertainment being so large, it is very time consuming. I use Gmail also, I may have to direct everything to it unless there is a way to go back to the old system. I looked online but I don't see that option. Please advice if there is a way.

Go back to the old calendar options. New-cannot print ALL detail/appointment. You've copied the Google format
Go back to the old calendar options/format. New format you cannot PRINT ALL detail/appointment, addresses if needed, phone numbers when needed...... You've copied the Google format which is terrible. Again this pertains to viewing and printing from my desktop. I hope a real live person is reviewing this and not AI.

Issue with already read messages
There was a feature where once an email was read, the email would turn from grey to black. Please return that feature. A purple dot on the left disappearing when an email is read is not enough to know that the message has been read. It's not easy to notice the purple dot especially when dark mode is chosen for the the entire email page. And I prefer dark mode. Thanks.

Allow us the option to remove the starred/contacts view.
The box to the right with "starred" and "contacts" ought to be removable for those who don't use it. It is an empty space that occupies too much screen area. Make reading emails very difficult if you are using side by side browsers on the same screen.

Where did the little pictures go when you empty the spam and trash boxes?
Where are the little trash panda and dumpster fire pictures when I check and delete spam and trash emails from boxes now? I loved seeing those little pictures when I emptied out those boxes.
