Sweep email (away) by email addresses
I use OWA at work on Exchange and there is a sweep feature that is really good. Say I get an email from reports@reports.com and then I want to a bulk delete of ALL of the email from that address in my entire Inbox, the sweep feature will let me select the email address and then have the option to delete from whole Inbox vs the page by page bulk delete we have now.

i shouldn't have to pay you a subscription when your 2 factor auth is NOT WORKING
I have a free account and I should be able to change my password AT ANY TIME. For the last 2 weeks I have tried to change my password due to known identity theft and cannot because your 2 factor authentication is not working. It is not user error it is a Yahoo error and I should be able to report it to you and the security of my account should be preserved regardless of subscription status.

Move a hidden menu
Hello - There is a menu item that is quite hidden.
At the very bottom of the left hand "folder" list is a ...More menu. In there are settings, storage options, feedback, help, etc. If you don't scroll to the very bottom of your folder list, you won't even know it's there.Can you take that ...More menu out of the folder list and put it UNDER the folder list, just above the Storage and Mailbox selectors? A need for an easier way to create a filter in Yahoo Mail
This isn’t a new feature request — it already existed as a beautifully simple option called “Filter messages like this.” One click. Zero drama. Peak UX.
Now? Creating a filter feels like onboarding to a new SaaS product:
Settings → More Settings → Filters → Add new filter → Name it → Define criteria → Realize you forgot the email address → Go back → Copy it → Start over → Pick a folder → Save → Contemplate your life choices.

New mail homepage options please
Can you please add the option of showing/hiding the Starred list pane? I don't use it but I can't make it collapse and stay collapsed. The column of icons is fine in case I want to see those pieces but the always-open pane takes up space I'd rather use for email previews. Having to close it every time I open the webmail page is irritating when it would probably be so easy to add the option to just leave it closed. Thank you!

Get rid of the nonsense!
I HATE the 'New Yahoo' and want my old mailbox back. Please! I've tried it, now dump it. It is clunky, the fonts are unreadable and ugly. I hate the symbols along the margin which just get in the way of clean lines and readability and contribute nothing. In all, just allow us to opt out of the changes. If they suit some, fine. They just irritate me!!!!

Add a button
I would like to see a button added that would lock in an email on my email home page so that I could keep it with my recent emails in plain sight and avoid deleting it by mistake. This is different than putting that email in a specific folder. Sometimes, I would just to see an important email in plain sight every time I open up my email page.

Batch/ folder download
Hi, I would like to be able to download multiple emails from my inbox to my PC for processing, but I seem to have no way of doing this. I have a large batch of around 80 emails I want to download, and doing them one by one in this day and age seems a bit silly.

Quicker Delete Option
When a user selects the checkbox on an email in the inbox and deletes it, the next email gets highlighted automatically, but the Delete option disappears.
It would be much more convenient if the Delete button remained visible at all times, allowing users to quickly continue deleting emails without having to select the checkbox again each time.

Give us filtering directly from email back
Give us back the option to build a filter directly from emails again. It is a massive pain ********** to build each filter from scratch. This is making me want to migrate all of my email addresses to other servers.

Free customer service support
I’m unable to access my email account even though the phone number and backup email are correct I get an error message and I don’t even have the money to pay someone to call to help me. I’m about done with yahoo!! I’ve had this account for years and I’ve lost everything!!

About the New Yahoo!
This New Yahoo Mail! is Awful! And it lacks A LOT of the good things that were available in the Classic Yahoo! Now you can´t open a sent message on a new window, you can´t compose messages like before, you removed the option to use Yahoo! Classic and you removed MANY other things that make this Yahoo! experience HORRIBLE!!! I hope you fix it and bring the options that were available in Yahoo! Classic.
