worst email app change ever
Go back to the old themes I can not find a email from 10 days ago since YOU decided it was not it in priority grouping. I click "all" and once I LOOK AT SOMETHING AND CLICK ON MY INBOX AND IT DEFAULTS TO PRIORITY. You created more clicks for the sake of add revenue. Stop It......

Sorting the email boxes!
I want my most used/important email box at the top of the list. Somehow, one of my mailboxes that ISN'T my most important is at the top so EVERY time I open Yahoo Mail, I have to find my main email box. I am actively looking for a replacement for Yahoo mail. I have already cancelled the "no ads" $5/mo add on. You have ruined my email experience.

Bring Back Colour Options
The new yahoo mail update, when viewed on a computer, only offers light mode and dark mode (no more colour customizations like previously). Either option is unpleasant to view. When the toolbar/top bar are the same colour as the emails, it just looks like a giant white (or black) page filled with a bunch of text. Visually very disorganized/cluttered feel. Bringing back colours (or even the option to make the toolbar/top bar black and the emails white, for example) would visually make a huge difference. stop this sex mail i want a way to permanently block it all what can i do about underage and still getting this trash
i am constantly getting sex spam mail that i never subscribed to or clicked on anything to get .. i want this **** stopped as it is offensive and against my beliefs .. you give no way to block this trash .. i don't even want it to enter my spam mail because i have to see the filth either give me an option to pernamently block this garbage or i will be reporting this to authorities .. you don't know if i have underage kids that could see this trash

Fix the space for the multitasking tabs to prevent the entire mailbox from constantly shifting up and down.

I suggest that the multitasking tabs be given the space they need as a permanent section. It is perfectly fine if this space occasionally appears as an empty row within the overall layout; simply increasing the existing space slightly and making it fixed would suffice. This would prevent the entire mailbox constantly shifting up or down whenever multiple emails are opened or closed—it makes for a truly poor user experience.
I have been using Yahoo for a very long time—over twenty years—but this latest update is causing me a lot of trouble; please fix this. Thank you.

Bring back the shortcut to "filter emails like this" on the mailbox view
Please bring back the "filter emails like this" shortcut to the mailbox so that I don't have to navigate away from the mailbox view to create a rule, then play the copy and paste game to create the rule. So lame that you have made the mailbox less functional while calling it new. Please fix this.

Advance search needs something
The previous Yahoo Mail included searching in a folder in the Advance Search feature and this new mail does not. Big BUMMER!!! Will you please put it back?

Bring back themes or color options for the mailbox view on a desktop browser
Please bring back themes, or some option to select a different color pallet that dark or light. Both are too extreme and I need something more in the middle. Gray or the ability to choose my own colors would be much more helpful. This is the main reason I never switched to the new layout when I had the choice. I DO NOT appreciate being forced to use the new layout.

what is the point
what is the point in forcing a popup of a "QUESTION" about a challenge, thats yes or no, when clicking no STILL makes you do the challenge. then making us have to find where its at, and LEAVE it manually. whoever is making these updates and running this new site.... honestly needs to be fired. its 2026, we dont have time for ******** coding.

provide a visible icon to adjust font size
I have clicked on every "Setting" I can find,, and have "Googled" the internet and used your Help selection, but am unable to find a way to increase the font size in Yahoo Mail. I think you should provide a visible icon that is clearly directed to adjusting the font size.

IT IS A MISTAKE THAT YOU ARE NOT OFFERING USERS TO CHOOSE TO REVERT TO THE EARLIER VERSION. WHILE SOME IMPROVEMENTS MAY BE USEFUL, THE OVERALL LOOK OF THE YAHOO EMAIL IS COMPLETELY OFF PUTTING!
