WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  4. Leave it alone

    I was reading my emails, suddenly the background went to dark and the text was white, I had not done anything with the keyboard...it just did it. I went in and the setting was still on light and not dark, I clicked on light again anyway but nothing changed. So WTF is going on, I am 78 and not technical minded, fix my Yahoo Mail, I am not amused.

  5. Delete automaticaly the "*****" "*****" spam mails

    It seems to be increasing but I really hate it. Isn't there a method to prevent the spams for *? Every day I have to see these terms and it is just getting to be too much. what is the big deal blocking these terms - you can do it on your comments pages. why not on my spam? If these posts have such terms, can't they just automatically be blocked. I am really tired of over twenty years having to see "" and "**" every single day . . . every single day. . . every…

  6. Add options to regain that classic look

    You should provide more customisation options for Yahoo mail. Removing the classic look is another poor decision on the part of yahoo. You morons destroyed Flickr years ago and you are about to ruin the one good thing you have left. Your streaks and achievements is stupid. Look at all the criticism of that. I don't want fun for email I want it to send and receive. You act like productivity is a game. Whoever is in charge of this should be fired and yahoo's entire so called development team should be let go. Fun and cute don't apply to…

  9. Allow color combinations that do not fall into the standard Light, Dark, or High Contrast modes

    Allow color combinations that do not fall into the standard Light, Dark, or High Contrast modes. I have vision contrast issues that make ALL of the standard combinations difficult to use. Typing this message in standard Light mode is actively painful. My normal default is a light grey foreground with a medium green or blue (not teal) background.

  10. make ads less intensive

    The ads are so processor-intensive that it makes loading emails and navigating folders unbearably slow. Yahoo mail in a browser is basically unusable for me. Running on newer mac latest OS

  11. idea for improve - allow old mail design

    I'm sorry but New design looks like vibecoded by teenagers! Text , diacritics and special characters don't match. Layout doesn't display correctly on my small laptop screen! I have to zoom out web browser because of it.
    But I have an idea , and you're the best so I rely on you that you Bring back the option for old design - true improvement and user experience, because user is the one who is satisfied at your services!

  16. stop giving it a makeover and put in a block function that actually blocks

    I didn't ask for a 'new look and feel' I don't want a new look and feel. Why are you forcing this on users? And why aren't you using your resources to do something useful, like make block function that blocks. I've only been asking for that for 10 years or so.

  19. Copy and Paste function - text stays the same as original

    When you copy and paste from 1 email to another, it reverts back to standard text, even if the original had font/color/size differences. You have to then configure back to the original each time.
