WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

    Please consider bringing back the unread email count for all folders (not just the Inbox) on the sidebar, as it was a very useful feature in the previous version.

  2. Customise Mail appearance please

    1. I want to keep the Delete symbol visible at all times.
    2. How do I remove the coloured tokens I don't want to see them Make more ways to customise the mail appearance on the homepage Thanks

  3. Old email easier to read!!!!!

    Prefer the older version of yahoo mail. Easier to read....it has darker, bolder print. WOULD LIKE A GOBACK BUTTON.

  4. speed up yahoo on desktop

    too **** slow on desktop for quite some time now. Have done all suggestions and is pathetic. Try contacting someone and you get this...Home
    Support from a Yahoo specialist is not available.

    I am goin to try gmail if this **** continues

  5. After selecting a folder from the Move drop down, keep that location for the next Move

    When an email is to be moved to a folder and you select a folder from the Move dropdown, the next time you want to do the same thing, the Move dropdown has returned to the top folder.

    Fix: Keep the top Dropdown folder showing the last one used. It used to work this way.

    If you reply to an email, that crates 2 emails for the one sent. To move them both into the same folder, you select file from the Inbox, select the Move dropdown, scroll to the folder and move the file. Then go to the Sent…
