Please bring the sort back
There used to be an easy way to 'sort from sender' or 'sort from newest or oldest' - Now I have to click on one email and it will group all from that one sender and then I can review. It takes longer to clean out my inbox now. Just bring it back please. Stop trying to make Yahoo like Gmail; if I wanted Gmail, I'd use it. I still have my hotmail email as well and their platform is much easier than yours.

backgroud colour and email contacts
I would suggest to have a "grey" or off white background option... light is too bright and dark is just horrible on the eyes.
Also, please have the contacts' email appear so we can copy/paste them. Eg, When I enter a contacts' name in "To: " their email appears, but cannot be highlighted to copy/paste (as we could before).

page lighting
Well since you jerks won't return my previous version at least make it possible to have a dark border and the message area be bright ? That would make it much easier on the eyes when reading an email...

Change project managers
Budding projects managers: The viewing text is now too small on the PC screen, the attention is diverted to pointless large message icons and inexplicable nearby dots. There is no setting for the viewing text size. Just wonder why Yahoo updates (just like Outlook ones) are ALWAYS worse then previous versions.

In-box space
The split window for tools(Calendar/contacts/starred) should be kept optional. One should be able to toggle it close and open so that - full space horizontal-wise is available to read the mail contents; Reading long mails will thus become comfortable while avoiding sliding scroll tab to left/right for each line of text.

Font selection for mailbox view
The mailbox view uses a lot of whitespace and a very small, fat font. This is hard to read.

Remove ghost labels on delete emails
Please remove the "ghost" popup icon that says "Delete" when pressing the trash can delete when deleting messages. That ghost icon then blocks the view to other options while it is still visible. What an annoyance.

Send bulk e mails to Lists
In the old system I had Lists set up so I could send bulk e mails to groups I manage. Now the new system does not allow me to do this , so I have to send individual e mails - very time consuming! What is going on?

Make the message area bigger again.
It's so frustrating trying to read a message in the new style. The message box is too small! Any email of length is very frustrating to read. The old style was MUCH better for actually reading messages.

BUG ON SWITCHING BETWEN MAILS.
Every time I switch between emails, the one I want to open just shows a white page. I can't select another email or click on anything because the entire window is blank. I have to close the email and try opening it again, sometimes five times before it finally works.
I need a permanent option to switch back to the old email interface. The new version is slow, resource-heavy, and unresponsive. It takes too long to load, and basic actions like opening and switching between emails don't even work properly.

Fix broken Contact Lists functionality
Make the Mail this List function work again when I have a New Email screen open. Make the delete list function work.

Bring back the block senders option
You took away the block senders option? My gawd,I've received 43 nasty,sex rant spam messages in 36 hours. Once all the spammer find that out the number of spams on here will double,triple.

You should carry forward few features from your old model which makes you differnet and more useful
Searching old emails has become too tough. Even it doesn't identify the subjective keyword.

I can accept the new version of yahoo mail although you certainly are not giving your customers any chance to revert back to the old classic yahoo email version. But I wish you would reconsider giving back page navigation. I hate scrolling down with so much email to go through because frankly I don't have time to scroll down and delete what I choose not to read or is of no interest to me (eg. ads, etc and I am not paying extra to avoid ads) Page navigation helped me organize my mail much easier than having no way to…
