You really MUST allow email filters which send emails to the Inbox.
I help my mother with her Yahoo Mail account. In the past, I have been able to setup Yahoo Mail email Filters such that a Filter would send the incoming email message to the normal Inbox if the Filter's "From/Contains/AllowablePerson@AllowableDomain.com" email address equated to a person or company from which she really wanted to receive emails. Such Filters worked in conjunction with my "down-at-the-bottom handle-the-spam" Filter (a Filter found at the bottom of the massive list of Filters I had created for her); that "bottom filter" would direct all other emails to a custom Folder named Spaminator. HOWEVER,…

McAffee scam/spam
I had several recent messages in my inbox that claimed to be from McAfee but were actually spam that was designed to infect computers with viruses. I'm rather surprised that you don't have sufficient security in place for that.

Change the mailbox look
This is probably the 3rd time I write and complaint about the way the email inbox look. I hate it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The old version was just fine and easy to navigate. I have such a hard time to see what email I read or not. It takes me more time to find what I'm looking for now. Wasting time every day. It has been months you made this change and despite so many complaints from other people it seems like you don't care.53rd ranked -
I need to be able to have more flexibilty in the appearance
The new inbox setup is not very flexible and it looks like it was put together for children.
I prefer the prvious version and would like to go back to it.
I do.t like the grey highlighting on the read emails ot the fact that I can't adjust the folder column of the inbox page,
The old version looked and felt much more professional.53rd ranked -

old has always been gold
our finding is that in the world of softwares, teh old websites were far better thatn the new ones. you say improved but the new gen software makers are dumb. they spoil all the old ease of operating - navigating the websites, be it yahoo or google or many others...

Please fix UX and UI
It's awful and unusable. I just clicked something by accident and now my folder sidebar's gone. HOW DO I RESTORE IT? It shouldn't change without an obvious way to restore the sidebar.
Read and unread emails styling is so off - makes the read emails stand out more - please employ a UX / UI designer, the whole thing looks like it was generated badly with AI.53rd ranked -

Dark theme not rendering emails correctly
As it says.. Using the yahoo dark theme option, If I add my signature to an outgoing email the signature retains its white background. if I select black background it looks awful when read in a white theme email box. And, for some reason, my mobile number appears white on white
Emails created in Mailchimp with borders in red render are rendering as white. They are ok in gmail...!

Fix message hovers on Firefox, esp "Delete" (Trashcan) Icon
After deleting a message with the trash can hover, the next message pops up. On Chrome, the trash can icon appears as expected. But on Firefox, you have to move the mouse out of the pane (either hover over another message, or move right to the preview pane and then back over the message. This makes deleting many messages in a row painful. It's a simple implementation bug, but worth fixing as Firefox is still a very popular browser.

Adding email address to contacts
I've tried, unsuccessfully, to add email addresses to my contacts I couldn't get them to SAVE, because I never saw a SAVE BUTTON. . It must be operator error, but I am wondering if this is a glitch in the new system and others are having the same difficulty?

BUG: Folder menu floating offset in Safari browser
I am using Safari browser Version 18.6 (18621.3.11.19.1, 18621) on a MacBook M1 Pro running Ventura 13.7.8 (22H730).
I drag and drop messages from my inbox into folders to stay organized. Recently, when dragging messages to the "Folders" icon on Safari, the subfolders popup menu that appears on hover is too far above the Folders button. The subfolders menu disappears as soon as I exit the Folders button hover area because the submenu is too far away. For now, I'm using the expanded left sidebar to avoid this.
This popup menu offset issue does not occur on Chrome browser.
