help for your so called customer service, in case you ever get one.

Bring back sort by sender filter
You have crippled the search and sorting capability in the new interface. Quite honestly, I am no thrilled by the new browser look and feel. The classic look and capabilities was far superior. I wish you would give us the option to switch back to classic.

Option to hide the righthand sidebar in Yahoo Mail Plus, web interface
I was recently "upgraded" to the new yahoo mail interface. I am looking for a way to permanently hide the right-hand sidebar. You can temporarily remove it with the arrows on the sidebar boundary, but it comes back whenever the page is refreshed. This just limits the space for the emails, while not giving me anything I need, and is very frustrating to always have to manually hide it whenever the page is refreshed. As a paying customer, I should not have to fight like this for such a basic feature.

Include the option to search in only the INBOX
While in the INBOX, using the SEARCH YOUR EMAIL option, add an OPTION for a SEARCH CRITERIA to limit a search to only the INBOX. Retain the current global search while in the INBOX. This was available in previous versions of Yahoo Mail.

New update crashes constantly
Since the new update a few days ago, while you are drafting an email Yahoo will glitch and kick you out of the email you were typing on, or worse, send the email half finished. This new issue happens several times per minute, making Yahoo almost unusable.

The Ads take up nearly 1/3 of the screen, Make it less wide
Narrow width of Ads, so that more of the message can be seen.

Font too small & Many bugs while scrolling! Please fix!
This new platform is super buggy and I am so frustrated using the new Yahoo Mail.
The font overall is SO small. For anyone that is near sited, which is many people, this is too small! And there is no way to make the font bigger in your settings, so I have to zoom my screen which makes your ads, way too big and take up a large portion of my lap top screen. And the message screen not big enough. Super annoying. Please make the font bigger or allow users to be able to set the font size ourselves…

Make it possible to include screenshots in Feedback
I HATE the conversion of emails to a layout that resembles a letter and omits all email functions. I'd show you if I could. I can hover over, and reveal, the email sender in the list but when opened, especially if it's text-heavy, it reverts to look like a letter. If I want a paper print of certain emails, including sender, date, etc., I must send it to the printer by selecting it from the list without opening it. When opened, all email information and functions (reply, delete, move, etc.) are absent. I've already opted out of all the AI…

Allow users to keep old format!
I am unable to find a setting to restore old format. I find the new lit hard to read. It may be my age! I liked the fact that I could see many more messages in a list and could set the font size. If it is still possible to use the old format, I would like to do so! chinabeth2003@yahoo.com

remember the new email
a couple of years ago, someone changed his email. I deleted the old one, multiple times, and repeatedly used the new one. Still, every time I type his name, the old one defaults again. Poor.

Fix the whole thing
New format is overly busy and confusing to me. Pop up windows in middle of screen very distracting. GIVE ME BACK THE CLASSIC FORMAT NOW. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.
