I am no longer able to blook email addresses from my Bellsouth account.
My idea would be for Yahoo to make help a lot more direct when trying to find answers to issues. Instead all I get is generic garbage.

What have you done to Yahoo Mail?
Recently I discovered that Yahoo has shunted to my Spam folder, multiple emails that originate from people with whom I have corresponded for several years. In some cases, these are business transactions, and missing them caused an untold number of problems. I do not understand what you have done to the email accounts but so far it is NOT successful. Please bring back the old Yahoo mail, which was not broken and didn't need fixing. And please make the email alphabetize the list of recipients - instead of listing them in the order they were added to my email account.…

I’ve called AT&T. I’ve posted on AT&T Facebook. I’ve used the AT&T Facebook Messager seeking help my inability to log via my default browser Firefox—contiguously loops in a redirecting mode, Once in a while “Oops, something went wrong.” What went wrong? Firefox. No one knows or cares. Firefox is unreachable and AT&T does not have the faintest. I do not know if it’s AT&T’s, Firefox’s, or, both problem. I am able to log my AT&T account on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer (partially). The problem to be AT&T and Firefox.

I am unable to sign on AT&T
When I sign on to AT&T, it keeps redirecting. I'm able to sign on Chrome and AT&T app. I've cleaned my cache.

All I posted to an article about a possible New wave of Covid was:
