    The new yahoo.com, which I have been using for about a month now, is just not as well organized as the "old" one. Due to what looks to be a desire to segregate by topic(?), it seems like there is a very large amount of duplicate article links on the main page. On underlying pages I find a number of instances where the " < " is no where to be found, which is no big deal, but after 40 years of working in the computing field, the primary timesaver is standardization, when it comes to objects like news stories.…

    Great work. You are updating the terms and services to the backup of my backup of my backup email account. Already exported my email. Have already dropped you as a Homepage. Only reason I even keep this mess if for any possible legacy email are sent to me. But you are already effectively done. Enjoy your bankruptcy when it comes.

  6. The new yahoo mail

    It's extremely difficult to use & a horrible lay out. If yahoo is looking to "GET RID OF CUSTOMERS" and money, this is the way to do it. When you find some good and it work well, yahoo always manager to ***** it up! You don't even leave the "PAYING CUSTOMER" the option!

  8. Need option to hide entire sidebar in my custom portfolio

    My custom portofolio is unable to display several columns on the right side due to the presence of the new sidebar. There does not seem to be an option to hide the entire sidebar to allow more columns to be displayed in my custom portfolio. Thanks

  11. The new Yahoo needs to separate each email, even if it to & from the same person. I is difficult to understand emails now. Need BASIC back

    Please bring back BACK TO BASIC. Your new yahoo email sucks. You have to stop blocking together email from one email address. It makes it so difficult to find what I want and difficult to navigate. Please bring back BACK TO BASIC. BASIC was a much better yahoo product. If you really care about your customers, you will care what
    they want. Everyone I speak to hates the new yahoo mail and prefer BASIC. Please allow us to go BACK TO BASIC

  12. My Yahoo is gone according to support. I guess I will take my personal and business email accounts to Google. No reason to stay.

    There is no New My Yahoo. My personalized home page is gone according to support. I do not remember ever being informed that this would happen. I really do not see any reason to stick with Yahoo now.

  14. Lousy changes without getting user feedback

    The new format stinks! The Classic was a lot better and more user friendly!! If things are not positively changed quickly, I'll change to G-mail, as many other soon to be FORMER Yahoo mail users are doing. Whoever came up with this, should be fired!!

  15. Why are your comments blocked? Yahoo told me why. Politics and religion.

    Have your comments been blocked and Yahoo refuses to say why? One of their reps on the phone told me if you make political or religious comments and the wrong Yahoo employee sees it they might ban you forever if they're having a bad day and they'll refuse to say why. He said he can't do anything and I should make a new email if I want to comment.

  16. Nov 2020 Where Do I post A New Topic?

    This Is Not An Idea; It’s A Question. I am coming back to Yahoo because gmail is threatening to stop my emails over storage issues. I’m retired and can’t pay gmail. I volunteer with several important non-profits and google will interfere with my work in these venues when email from these nonprofits get bounced back. HERE IS MY QUESTION: What are the odds that Yahoo, too will start charging if I have too many items in ‘storage’?

  19. 2025 update

    DO NOT LIKE THIS AT ALL! Please put back the old yahoo. it was separated into years weeks days etc now all of my emails are gray and it shows what it thinks is priority and not all of my emails without me hitting the tab. Give the option for someone to change don't force it!
