4. New Mail is Unreadable

   I use my laptop, and the new yahoo mail layout has so much extra room around the lines that I am unable to read my email on my laptop screen. I can view 5 email headings and the space for the selected email is so small because of the extra space you put in, that I am unable to see the text of the email, or even scroll through it. I'll have to switch email... I've had yahoo for 25 years, but now I can't use it anymore.

   As many have said, removing My Yahoo is a terrible idea. The new page contains all the rubbish of every other news site, without, that I can see, the ability to actually choose content.     Calendar improvements: Please revert back to the old calendar. Now, when posting a note on the calendar, it does not show up in full like before. And then when printing, one must convert it to Landscape and adjust the font to 70% or less. Upon doing that, one must use a magnifier to read the note. 18. Offer to opt out of signing in with fingerprint or code.

    For the past couple of months I've been getting a notification every time I log in to my Yahoo mail, asking me to sign in with my fingerprint or code. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. So my suggestion is to offer an option to opt out. I've been told all I need to do is hit skip...but I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS SCREEN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. 20. It Needs to Be Much Easier to Find My Payment History!

    It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.

    I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.

    EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.

    You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".

    None of these links to get to this page say anything about PAYMENTS.

    And, strangely enough, this page has a "Wallet" tab, and it DOES NOT LIST RECENT PAYMENTS. The last payment I see there is this: Mailpro / Oct 29, 2025 / -$5.00 USD

    This is bad.

    It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.

    I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.

    EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.

    You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".
