Stop putting third party cookies on phones
You are adding 3rd party cookies to people's phones without permission to do so. Every time I get on Yahoo to read the news I get a couple hundred cookies from websites and ad companies who use your site. I literally delete site data for 200 sites, get on Yahoo and they all come back onto my phone. Who gave you permission to allow, and install, all of those cookies and trackers on their phones? I know I never did, but a few minutes of testing proves that it's you allowing it to happen and providing a gateway for them…

eliminate summaries appearing at the beginning of email messages
My strong preference is to eliminate the summaries of messages in email that yahoo has begun to include at the top of each message, even messages of only one or two sentences. It's my guess they are provided thanks to AI. They are pointless, uninterestingly written, and annoying. I prefer to enjoy the words of my friends, not those of a nameless and faceless automaton.

Fis the sign-in and sign-out procdures.
Proton Mail is still doing it right. Go look at what they're doing, learn from them, and then also do it yourself.
When I sign in, and I un-tick the "Keep me signed in" tick-box, I do not want to remain signed in -- not even halfway -- when I sign out again.
Which part of the difference between "in" and "out" do you not understand? Go watch Sesame Street, they've got some good episodes on the difference between "in" and "out". ...or Tellytubbies... or one of those educational programs for babies.

AI
Since AI is now in charge of the website some feed back: Once upon a time when I went to the article...it was there. No looking for it and when I clicked on it, it was there. Now it takes about 4 or 5 times to load, sometimes lagged in the middle of loading, sometimes goes blue, or fades. Sometimes if just disappears, or seems to flip and finally come back to the article.
I fail to see how taking a convoluted long time to get to an article is a plus... again that before this "AI" insanity voila, there…603rd ranked -
Remove heads from backsides
Under "tech News" there is a category that is called "Latest in streaming technology. BUT, it lists the latest movies and shows on streaming services. Shouldn't that be under "Entertainment"? Or is your AI (Artificial stupidity) program broken. Or is ti your fruitacakelanders that are stupid?

MSNBC articles are missing
I keep seeing articles from MSNBC that describe what the story will be about, but there's no story there.
(Sounds like they might be discussing a missing video.)
Here's one from 7-19-25: "Fmr. State Attorney says Wall Street Journal likely can back up release of Trump Epstein letter"

Reply button goes to wrong story
Many times, when I get a reply to a comment I've posted, the Reply button takes me to the wrong article.
This has been happening for weeks.

Virtual keyboard popping up
It seems like a lot of users are complaining about the virtual keyboard popping up when going from the homepage to a news article, and then again upon return to the homepage. That's happening to me too, and it's an irritant. Thank you.

Remove The Sporting News
I have enjoyed using Yahoo's homepage as a hub for news and sports for many years. Lately, though, I have been disappointed with some of the sports headlines and their accompanying photos, particularly those of The Sporting News. The headlines and photos are often misleading. After reading an article, I often discover that the headlines and photos aren't an accurate depiction of what's in the text. For example, in today's headlines there was a headline stating that the coach of the Dallas Mavericks was leaving for the Denver Nuggets. Accompanying the headline was a photo of Jason Kidd, the head…

Where is the missing page indicator?
When scrolling through Yahoo tech pages, at the bottom of the screen, there is no (current) page indicator for the page you are on. As you go from page 1 to 2 to 3 you eventually loose track of what page you are on.

Freeze pane/line for historical price tables
If possible, it would be helpful that the line above a historical price table “Date; Open, Low, High, close, adj. close, volume” NOT disappear when you scroll down the table looking for particular prices. It is common for a person to scroll down a table and forget the column heading for the price they are looking at. I have noticed other sites are do this.
