  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  5. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  6. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  7. STOP Sexually explicit emails for free and don't try to make customers pay for Yahoo Plus for peace of mind and safety

    Customers should start a class action lawsuit against yahoo for not protecting consumers from sexually explicit emails. My children have been exposed..I wonder how many other people feel the same.

  8. The new mail format.

    In a nutshell, it's terrible!! It looks like a black and white void. The ads on the right side take up too much room. After reading posts about the new format on Reddit and other forums, it's apparent that everyone hates it. Please do us all a favor and switch back to the old format. Whomever designed this one needs to be fired.

    Hello Yahoo,

    I can't find any other way to report a fault with your search engine, apologies for using this form.

  11. The new mail is horrible! Everyone should have a choice of which mail platform!

    Everyone should have a choice on which Yahoo platform to use. I like the old Classic look and am VERY unhappy with the new platform. I do not have the option to switch back, which confuses me that some people do and some people do not. Everyone should have the same choice. The new look is confusing, hard to read for older people, and I have already missed important emails because they all look the same. Please let me go back to the Classic

  12. Please bring back the previous Yahoo Mail interface

    Dear Yahoo Mail Team,

    I would like to express my strong disappointment with the new Yahoo Mail interface.

    I have been using Yahoo Mail for as long as I can remember and have always preferred it over Gmail. Unfortunately, the new design is much less clear and much harder for me to use. The colorful icons are distracting and confusing, and I can no longer easily distinguish or group messages from today, yesterday, the past week, and earlier periods as I could before.

  14. Folders always on left instead of in drop down menu

    I need the folders on the left side to be always present not in a drop down menu. Please make this an option.
    I keep every relevant email in its proper folder and this makes it very difficult to navigate find old emails and continue the conversation thread.

    上傳檔案時, 會因網路不穩定或網速不足, 而在上傳期間 突然直接上傳失敗, 而這時間還必須要整個刪除再重新上傳, 為什麼不能自動重新上傳, 或依當前上傳進度, 接續繼續上傳至100%?
    之前都還可以這樣的, 依當前上傳進度, 接續繼續上傳至100%
    現在反而退化了

  18. Allow flexibility to return to two column set up.

    My iPad recently updated with the new Yahoo email. I loved the old configuration with two columns where I could preview the email on the left and read the email on the right. Now there are three columns—navigation, preview and email content. The preview column is useless now. Could you please give the option to omit the navigation column and allow the two columns configuration? I’ve been a loyal Yahoo user for over 20 years and am now considering another vendor. Hope you listen to your constituents and allow some flexibility. Sincerely, Pamela Pall
