1. Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!

   I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. 3. Provide a way to monitor storage used

   You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

4. Language translation feature not available in Yahoo Mail

   Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

5. spam emails

   My spam folder is overflowing. I block the addresses and request deletion, but the delete does not work. I have to delete them after manually.

7. Didn't see what I'm looking for

   1. We want Yahoo to add features that can help us BLOCK emails from people or organizations that have deliberately refused to unsubscribe us after we've written to them severally on many occasions to unsubscribe us, yet, they deliberately refused to do so for many years. This is very traumatizing! "Naukrigulf" have refused to unsubscribe me for many years after I wrote to them severally. This problem is currently happening in my other Yahoo email Account.

   2. We want Yahoo to add features that can help us to recall or cancel sent email messages, in case we don't want the recipient to read it. This can really help in case we sent the email in error to the wrong person.

9. Fix your synchronization

   Sync times between devices and yahoo!mail are absolutely atrocious!
   Why does it take hours for the web version to sync even a simple email deletion???

10. Fix the Create Split Screen prompt

    When I drag a piece of mail to a folder, it can only move into the box about 2 centimeters before the "create split view" screen pops up and throws my cursor around. Really annoying!

16. Mail Delivery / Sending Issues

    Outlook/Hotmail rejecting Yahoo emails – IP 34.2.94.17 blocked (S3150)

    Description:
    
    Emails sent from my Yahoo Mail account to Outlook/Hotmail/Outlook.com.au recipients are bouncing with this error:

    “550 5.7.1 – Messages from [34.2.94.17] weren’t sent. Part of your network is on Microsoft’s block list (S3150).”

    This means Yahoo’s outbound mail server using IP 34.2.94.17 is blocked by Microsoft.

    Please escalate to the Yahoo Postmaster team to:

    Request delisting for IP 34.2.94.17 from Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, or

    Move my account to a clean outbound IP.

    This issue is preventing me from emailing Outlook.com.au recipients.

17. Improve Technical Support

    I chatted to complain I accidentally deleted (You have the Delete button RIGHT NEXT TO the Not Spam button) and item in Spam. I was told it could be restored if I submitted a ticket. I later received an email that just said "If you delete from any folder but Spam it goes into Trash". What the heck?? The two people aren't on the same page at all. One is out to lunch and doesn't know that they are talking about. Please train your people. Make sure the one that didn't know what they were talking about does so in the future.

20. Get full screen emails

    I have moved to plus and am trialling the free month of Plus. I did this so I could get rid of the ads to make more room on my screen to read my emails. But I see, that by subscribing to Plus, the ads are gone but the space that the ads were in, is now taken up by 'contacts' or 'starred emails'. I dont want anything appearing in this panel. I want the panel gone and to be able to just see the full screen of my emails. How do I do this?
