   I can't log into Yahoo mail on my new mobile phone. Your robot help is no help at all. Just keeps repeating same stuff. There is no support I can call or speak to human being.

4. Navigating through the Message List

5. Split view

   The split view option popping up every time I drag an e-mail to a folder and pushing everything else aside is incredibly annoying. Maybe place the split view thing in the opposite side. Anything else, really. Thanks in advance!

6. New Calendar is inferior to previous version

   The new calendar defaults to a weekly view. I prefer the monthly view but there is no way to make that the default view. I would like to have the option of setting the default view to the monthly view as I had in the previous version of Calendar. Also, when I try to edit something on the calendar it does not edit properly. For example, if I have something on my calendar for December 2nd and want to move it to December 23rd, it won't move to December 23rd when I try to edit the date. Also, I do not like that the "time" default for an event is "All Day" and you have to turn that off before you can enter a specific time for the event you are entering. This version of Calendar is very inferior to the previous version. Very cumbersome and doesn't work well. Thank you for your consideration to make improvements.

10. you new crazy initiative regarding spam alerts to contacts

    why do i need to see your new initiative when you mark messages from my contacts as spam
    this is waht i get
    "We think this message is spam. We still put it into your Inbox as the sender is in your contact list"
    and also my contacts receive messages from me with the same message that I am spam
    who invented this stupid initiative at Yahoo?????

15. By scrapping the whole project and not allowing it to automatically make people use it. It isn't better. It's a considerably worse UI.

    I didn't want to be switched to the newest version of yahoo. I'd already tried it, and went back to the old version. It's not good! It's difficult to find my mail that I actually want to read, and if I wanted to use google - I would. Stop trying to be google.

    On top of that - now it won't show my mail past August 2024. It's December 2025!! Where did all of my mail from the past 16 months go? I needed access to those emails, not access to some spam I definitely already deleted, but here it is still uselessly sitting in my mail box.

    I deleted most of these outdated messages the same week the new version of Yahoo Mail was released. So why can't I access the new stuff, and all I have is stuff I don't need or want and already deleted?! It makes no sense.

    Stop trying to be google... google sucks as a company and a provider. The only reason why I've been with yahoo since the beginning of yahoo is because it's YAHOO... and NOT Gmail.

    If you want people to be happy then fix how spam is toggled. The only complaint in the real world that I hear about Yahoo Mail is that 1. the email takes longer to be received, and 2. even important legal emails, or state/government emails will be automatically sent to spam. THAT'S IT. I've talked to so many people across so many business types and everyone agreed these were the two biggest problems with Yahoo Mail, and that was the primary reason for using hotmail or gmail instead. Fix those 2 issues - please stop trying to be google.

    Also this wont let me change to the email address I actually was checking when I clicked this feedback. It will only let me use an email address I almost never even use.

17. Talked to a rep on your 800 line regarding slowness of email loading; said it was being worked on but no date given for completion

    It'd be nice if the changes/improvement being done to yahoo email could be further communicated to yahoo users thru their email. Also, it'd also help if the reps on your 800 line were given a little more info regarding this process
    as my rep was only able to say that it was being worked on and there was no definitive date for completion of "upgrade". Also, tips might be given (if available) to help speed up the email loading.

19. Fix the popup AI summary that blocks access to reply to emails.

    I keep getting popups with an AI summary of the email, which prevents me from replying to the mail. I turned off the "dynamic" option for viewing emails but that has not fixed the problem. I could not find any other way to get help with this issue. Please advise. Thank you,

20. Easier to check incoming emails in the list of mailboxes

    In the old version of Yahoo Mail, as soon as I opened the screen I could immediately see the list of mailboxes in the top left, with any incoming emails from the other mailboxes.

    In the new version of Yahoo Mail this feature is no longer available: I have to scroll down the left sidebar to my account at the bottom left, hover the cursor over it, and only then see in the list of mailboxes whether there are any incoming emails.

    It would be fantastic to have the same feature in the new version.
