Make it user friendly
I'm a loyal user of Yahoo since last 30 year. With upgradation of software recently I'm unable to stay connected even when I moved to use other pages, I have to login again and receive to confirmation message from. As I used to your mail and cannot shift Google or other mail, please advise solution so that I continue to use Yahoo.

Could you please BAN Temu from Yahoo Mail? I'm sick of their annoying ads and SPAM already! Enough to make me want to quite Yahoo and stick with Google instead, but I've been a Yahoo user for 22 years, and never had issue until fricky TEMU came along!

Add multi-select and bulk delete for contacts
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with contact management in Yahoo Mail, both on desktop (webmail) and on the mobile application.
There is no option to select multiple contacts or to delete all contacts at once, unlike Gmail or Outlook on desktop webmail.In addition, after deleting a few contacts manually, the system often becomes unresponsive or refuses to delete more contacts.
This makes cleaning up contacts very difficult, especially for long-time accounts.
Please consider improving contact management by adding multi-select and bulk delete options.

Search is bad. No option to default to all email. AI summary is redundant. Buggy.
I have an email that I can reply to and change the reply to address, but when I forward the same email, I keep getting a “cannot save as draft” message, and I’m unable to send the email. That must be a bug! I often have this issue where drafts fail to be saved and the email is lost. Also, search often returns bad results or misses obvious hits. There is no "red car" or boolean search. Sometimes when I try to keep loading older emails (scroll further down), the site doesn't refresh with more results. Can you just please…

Restore full event entries to Yahoo Calendar
The main reason I have continued to use Yahoo Calendar is that, unlike in Google Calendar and others, you could always see the full details of an entry even when looking at the "Month" view. Suddenly, that seems to have changed. Now, I need to click on an event to see the full details. You have erased the only competitive advantage you had over other products. If you would like to keep users like me, please return Yahoo Calendar to the way it used to be. Thank you.

AI FEATURE
Please give me the option to not use AI Feature. There is no option for me on ...More Settings. This omission is creating a great deal of stress. I don't get the option to back out of the AI Summary to go back to the Yahoo Homepage and have to go in and out of Safari. Thank you.

Calendar Issue
My Yahoo calendar layout was unfortunately changed on January 22nd , and this new version is very inefficient for me to use for the following reasons:
Only two events are shown for each day. I must click on “more” to see the full list of events.

Don't delete emails that I didn't know about or authorize! I shouldn't have to routinely check Trash for important email.
Random, unsolicited deletion of important emails is unacceptable! This is a serious issue! Locate the bug and fix it!

Inbox categories
When inbox categories were introduced, they were fairly accurate in the beginning. Slowly, the sorting has regressed completely. It started with Social emails; they started showing up in the Primary category and now they all go into the Primary category and Social is empty every day. Next was Newsletters. Now, they're all being put in the Primary category. I may get a handful of Offers email in a day but most of those are showing up in the Primary category. When Inbox Categories were first introduced, my emails were, for the most part, being sorted into the correct categories. After using the system for a while, it seems like the sorting is nonexistent anymore. It started with "Social" emails. They slowly started moving into the Primary category. Long time Yahoo Mail/Calendar power user. I never write in to provide feedback. Until now.
I don't know why you updated the Month view on the Calendar to NOT show all my events. Previously, I could see everything. I could also drag and drop events to a new date as things change. Now, I only see a few events and an ugly "5 more" or "7 more" that I have to click into just to view. It's ugly, a hassle, an unnecessary additional step. Makes me less productive.
