Recovery and customer support for middle east countries
The yahoo recovery system and customer service support is terrible for people in Middle East.

when you say you went down from free 1TB storage to 20 GB because its "industry leading standard" you don't realize how humorous Yahoo appears :):),, Really?? how is 20GB is "industry leading" vs the REAL industry leading of free 1TB? you need to find another excuse so you sound more believable. Signature/settings
In the NEW Yahoo+ sill very difficult and harder to use. For ONE There is NO visible way to get to the Mail Settings, I even tried using GPT Chat, no luck. I need to change my signature but there is NO way to find, navigate to settings, NOT in the left hand menu, not in the 9-dot menu. NOT under my profile Icon, and NOT under Manage my account under my profile menu. WHY DID YOU MAHE IT SO HARD, SO DIFFICULT!!!

select all not working
use search to list emails before a certain date and click select all and click delete. Only few messages got deleted. The work around is to manually select messages, scrolling forever and then delete works.

create a filter for email that is contacts only to send all other spam and phishing to trash
how do I set up a contacts only email filter. I only want to receive email from my contacts list. This would be a great feature and eliminate spam and phishing.

Less Advertisements
I don't have an idea, but a suggestion. Please, if it's possible to eliminate so many advertising messages and images on the yahoo mail site. I can't check emails because it seems to be buffering, or the page stands hesitant while the next advertisment is generated.

Make it easier to delete emails
I've been attempting to reduce the amount of file storage I use on Yahoo! Mail...I find that it takes hours to reduce the number of old emails by a few hundred:
1. I'm only able to select 100 emails for deletion at a time (the "select all" button does not work)
2. Once deleted, the emails still occupy file storage space in the trash
3. Once again, I'm only able to select 100 trash emails at a time for permanent deletion (the "select all" button does not work)

Advertising Thumbnails that I keep seeing
Advertising - PLEASE... there needs to be an option to NOT SEE various ads. I don't need my grandkids seeing "dating" ads of young women popping up EVERY time they are online. I don't care what other junk you pop up there, tools, travel, blah, blah, blah, but ANYTHING SEXUAL is NOT OKAY!

Bigger font choices
There is no option to enlarge the font. My eyesight is not good and I'd like be able to see the emails without putting my face and inch away from the screen.

Allow Users to disable certain features or catagories from ads... I dont want to see fungus toe nails.... yuck!!!
You guys need to allow the user to change permissions for your ads.... I had an ad that started playing loud audio in the middle of the night... scared the **** out of me!!! This is NOT acceptable!!!

Eliminate big-boobed waiving women advertising
Your big-boobed waiving women advertising in your Yahoo! Small Business email platform is so sexist, inappropriate, and unprofessional in the Small Business platform. Shame on you. And there is no longer the option to mark the advertising as inappropriate, irrelevant, etc., as one previously could do. Double shame on you.

Removing a Distracting Advertisement
I found the above advertisement which appeared in the right-hand sidebar of the New Yahoo Mail to be quite bothersome. It is of a woman in motion. It reloads frequently, so the eye is persistently drawn away from one's business (composing messages, viewing inbox, etc.). This leads to productivity dropping markedly.
In the future, it would be nice to only have still advertisements present in free Yahoo products. I understand that without a paid subscription, advertisements are unavoidable. Solution: use the setting of the previous version and put them in to the current and all future versions for font spacing
When the previous Yahoo Mail version was used by all of us including business people and their businesses. The problem is when businesses create and send out important emails that contain a lot of information that they want it on one page. The current version make line spacing unnecessarily wider which results in not being able to fit all on one page: Solution: use the setting of the previous version and put them in to the current and all future versions for font spacing. Fix the bugs, performance is terrible
My inbox is incredibly glitchy. I can't select mail to delete, it keeps scrolling back up when I am scrolling down. I am not sure what changes you have made, but it is impossible to work with these days.

emptying trash folder not working
I deleted a ton of e-mails so I won't have to pay for space due to Yahoo Mail's upcoming changes but when I go to delete all those e-mails in my trash folder, they won't delete.
At least it's not showing me they have deleted. What does it look like on your end?
I deleted over 200K e-mails.
