Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Get rid of ads across the bottom of the page
Your new ad across the bottom of the page is a really bad idea. What's next? Another ad above it making just one email subject line visible?

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Hello, I order some goods from a dutch company and the confirmation email sent was written in dutch. Yahoo mail UI should have the feature which translates the dutch text into english text.

Provide option to turn off "bundling"
You started bundling emails from senders I don't often open. I don't want this and when I reached out to the help desk they said I can't turn it off. I HATE it and have to unbundle the messages everytime. 1) please provide an option to turn it off and 2) don't force features on users - give us the option to use or not use new features.

red flag for recipient
It's very disappointing that there's no option to mark emails as important to the recipient. It's strange that you don't have this.

Remove your recent changes.
Just go back to the old mail. I can see FOUR emails in my inbox now, the rest is cluttered up with garbage. Can send screen shot if required. You got to be joking. Change it back soon or I'm gone from Yahoo. And that will be for good.

Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Word Wrap on month Calendar view
PLEASE bring word wrap on the month view. I loved being able to review my calendar at a month glance and being able to see everything. The new interface makes it difficult to view the whole task item. Please please please bring that back. I will throw a pizza party (2 pizza rule, but I'd go up to 3 pizzas) for the team that can bring this view back. I'll even spring for the Root Beer! Thank you so much in advance! Warm regards, Jayne

Receive emails at an alias
You’ve changed the alias (disposable) email addresses so that you can only receive emails from your own email addresses! But the whole point of these disposable email aliases is that you can simply delete them when they’re no longer needed, so they don’t clutter up your main inbox. So what’s the point of this change?

Terrible mail app, has multiple viruses and no support
This app has been corrupted multiple times over the past year. First the Yahoo browser took over for Google chrome. It became the default browser (not good at all) and then had no technical support to put it back. Had to research the web to fix its. Now its calendar has been corrupted and sends phishing invitations to iphone calendars and again unsupported fix.There appears to be an uninvited calendar sys-ext-events$ that has been causing the problem. Have not found a way to delete or unfollow this at this time. You can delete it but it returns within a minute…

Obscene A.I. Ads on your mail and I object to being spammed by ****
There is an ad of an A.I. generated black and white photo of a topless woman from housely.com that keeps showing up as an ad on my email page. It says "25+ Mind Blowing Images from a century ago". I have tried to report it, but I can't find a way. Yesterday I was working with my boss and it showed up and was quite embarrassing. I don't think you should be putting **** online like this. If it shows up again, I'm talking to the FBI. Please kill it.

Storage purging
I stopped using you years ago when you started purging my email history, which includes some very sensitive and important emails that I’ve had over the years, all deleted, no warning, nothing. You use my data as trash, unreliable, and disrespectful email partner. Never again.
To be clear, I am paying premium for both Apple cloud services and Gmail business services, so I’m the type of person who would pay for the email service to have storage, but your behavior was such a no-no that I never again wanted to use this garbage.

Insufficient time to adapt and the lack of any working links to manage one's personal storage means I have finally switched over permanently to GMail, despite using Yahoo! Mail for decades, almost since its inception!

You need to allow customers to manage storage - not make a business opportunity from their inability to delete junk and then charge for additional storage - that is UN ETHICAL
