Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

You have made your mail service completely unusable. I have had my yahoo account for over 15 years, and I have kept it because there are people I've known throughout that time that have this email address that I want to know if they decide to reach out to me. I get so much spam that is not filtered out of my inbox and real emails that get filtered into spam, that it has become a lot of work for me to be able to even see what real emails I have. I get over 200 spam emails a day…

Allow the selection of the same features as the older mail. Provide options. Its just that simple. Gmail does it. So can you.
I still can't switch between yahoo accounts without having to re-log in entirely. The function is worthless. I have to open two windows in two browsers. I guess I have to accelerate the move to gmail. Why does yahoo code consistently get worse instead of better?

I am shocked at what I feel is allowed impersonation and attempt taking off vulnerable in Barnsley but dare not say suspects a very ignorant power racket that no one can stop is what I suspect. I have found my mobile hacked with sim divert and lies saying I refuse access to mobile and blocked ta5555@gmx.com no longer sends verify code to my mobile to reset password and does not reply to my new yahoo mail the id on front page of gmx is now more bogus than just Adult put in the profile…

Storage
I am aware that Yahoo is introducing a cost for storage over 15gb. I have recently deleted from my folders and my trash 19,000 emails. This has had no effect - it would appear - on my storage total which is still listed on my email account as 18.3gb more than 5 days later. I don't understand how this is possible.
I have been in touch with customer care four times and they have sent me template emails in response, which indeed, simply did not answer my question.
Why is my storage total not being updated when I delete 19,000…

Bring back the old themes and fonts
Bring back the fonts and colors from before, the readability hurts my eyes as well as the colors and fonts that do not match with the writing and color gamma.

Put the New Folder button back where It can be found. It is MISSING!!!
Where did you decide to suddenly move the New Folder button to in Mail? This is so RIDICULOUS THAT YOU CONSTATNLY CHANGE THINGS AND i CAN'T EVEN FIND NEW FOLDER. i CAN ONLY CREATE A SUB FOLDER.

just read what i write to you . you will dissapoint a lot of people with your move and low services .
ZERO storage management from setttings.
ZERO - emails sort , multiple filter for an easy identify group of emails after multiple caracteristics.
ZERO interface aplication in maintain a good control in emails grow .you start open 1 TB for every account , let them 1 year grow , ,than reduce all free accounts to 15 GB with pression of blocked emails in/out .. or other choise - PAY extra space. IS UN FAIR for your clients , you will lose with that move in favor of GMAIL and other new free mail servers .

Create a way for people to post Yahoo Mail bugs, and expand email restore help beyond accidental deletion or a hacked account.
Incoming email periodically disappears. This has happened to me for a fact several times. I read an email and then it is gone. I never deleted it, when I search for it across all my folders it is nowhere to be found. This is obviously a bug that needs to get fixed and I don't see a way to report bugs like this. A related problem is when I ask for the missing email to be restored, the only options are that either I deleted it, or my account was hacked. In this case, obviously it was neither. So here…
