Stop tricking us - let us clean up our inbox and show us our storage
Let us clean up our inbox! You don't show large messages and you don't show storage information. I like Y! mail but you're operating like you're trying to trick me into buy Mail storage -- so I'm definitely not buying it now. I'll change to Google before I'm tricked. If you would have just asked and explained why you want me to pay for email, I'd understand - but I don't like being tricked.

Subscription only allowed in US
Hi, I want to subscribe to extra storage but you only allow subscription in US only. But I am in Singapore. So now my storage is full and I cannot purchase more, either using Card of PayPal coz both doesn't work for outside of US.

Provide a means of TRACKING STORAGE SPACE being used
I was just informed that I need more storage space. HOW DO I ASCERTAIN THE AMOUNT OF SPACE I AM USING?
I've had a Yahoo mail account for years, and was never informed of space requirements. Is this a spam??? What's going on with yahoo. It seems strange not to have a way to track usage.

Please allow the ability to turn off grouping email headers by day (ie. today, yesterday, Xday, last week).

Storage and AI
Get rid of the useless AI summaries on the phone app, let me use filters on my phone app, and give me back my storage. I am so fed up at the changes being made I'm looking at other options. All of these awful changes make me LESS likely to trust Yahoo with upgrades for my needs.

Delete
This is not new. I received a notice that I must delete mail in order to keep my account active. It does not tell me how much email to delete. I started tonight and deleted over 4,300 emails. I am now trying to delete from the Trash Can and it is only allowing me to delete 100 at a time. I keep selecting delete all, but that does not work. I am getting frustrated.

folders in left panel disappeared - how do I get it back?
My folders -- all of them listed alphabetically scrolling from top to bottom, and subfolders immediately under the main folders -- used to appear in a panel on the left side, next to my list of messages (Inbox or whichever folder I had clicked on). Now the stuff on that panel has all disappeared.
How do I get it back?

trash folder
My Trash folder has email trash more than 5 years old. it's supposed to be emptied every 7 days. No wonder I've exceeded my limit !!!!!!!!!!

Better Storage Notifications
I'd love if we could be notified when getting close to the free storage limit, not just when you go (way) over it. Also, I wish viewing the amount of storage you've already used was more/easily accessible.

Help me transfer all emails to Apple cloud
Looks like I will not be using Yahoo mail in the future. Started looking online to see how hard it will be but apparently with Apple Cloud, it will be fine. Starting to change all my default yahoo mail addresses to my apple address. Hate to see you go but it is time.

How to delete everything not stared starting with the previous year.
I have been trying to delete mail from 2015 through 2023. After 3000 it won’t let me. Now I can’t even access my mail to continue deleting. There is no way to find help and now I will have to lose my account. There should be a way to delete month by month, or year by year, while saving stared messages.

"new" email space notifications
Like Gmail, you need to show what exactly is taking up space with your "new" email that only allows 20GB. Example: How much space is spam folder holing, how much space is trash folder holding, how much apsce are each separate folders holding, how space are starred, unread, etc.

I have a paid subscription and am seeing ads all over my screen. I called for help and the lady wanted to connect to my computer. just stop playing ads for paid subscribers and there's no problem!!!! she was unable to help me. I was unable to get her connected. I absolutely HATE your app!!!!!

Can't find my storage use
I have been notified that I'm out of storage. I have deleted lots and still get the message! I am trying to find what my actual storage amount is. I can't find it anywhere!!!
