Better readability
hi guys, appreciate the 'free' product and am obviously partial to the old UI.
I get we're not going back to classic mode but can you create something that enhances readability/processing, call it an accessibility feature etc, because this larger/bloated font and ui is really grating, it's not something to just 'get used to'...it's a step backwards for visual engagement and productivity.
I already switched to compact mode and lowered the zoom on my browser to 90% but it's still poor. I hope you consider adding simple visual enhancements that improve engagement with your product.

Folder view
I can't see my folder list anymore without clicking "Folders" in the new version. It's terrible

Folder wheel sucks
While I absolutely detest the new look, I absolutely miss having all my folders open on the side for filing away. The click-and-drag through the wheel of folders can easily lead to selecting the wrong folder by mistake.

Dry run for buttons on e-mail
I'm hesitant to click on buttons such as "Unsubscribe" or "Track Package" because I don't know what they would do (as well as because they are an annoyance, covering up text on the screen). It would be nice if there was a dry run option where I could see what would actually happen.
I guess "Track Package" would open a link to a tracking page on USP or Fedex.com. But how do I know this? The bottom line of Chrome doesn't show the link like it does if I hover my mouse over a hyperlink within an e-mail.

E-mail lists not working
E-mail lists can't be added to e-mail messages. I have to manually add each individual address into the address slot. Very inconvenient compared to the other more stable version.

Block obvious spam
Previous version allowed users to block and delete spam messages. It would be better if Yahoo! were able to delete obvious spam messages being sent from compromised email addresses, but if that can't be done the it would be good to restore the ability for the user to block these nuisance messages, and therefore to remove the limit on blocked senders.

Change read and star status with just a click
These features of the previous version were very helpful.
Now is very frustrating to select the message and click the appropriate button!

Restore Inbox Toolbar and Allow Customisation of Email Actions
Please give users the option to customise the email action toolbar, including which buttons are displayed and their order.
The new Yahoo Mail hides frequently used actions such as Archive under the three-dot menu when viewing an email, adding unnecessary clicks.
The action toolbar has also been removed from the top of the inbox and other folders, only appearing when an email is selected.
Please consider:
*Allowing users to choose which actions are permanently visible when viewing an email, rather than hiding frequently used functions under the three-dot menu.

Allow individual emails to be opened
After a long, frustrating attempt to find a way to switch back to the old Yahoo Mail, I figured I'd share this:
We were allowed to middle click an email from the inbox and have it opened in a new tab before. Now that is not an option. Having this implemented MIGHT prevent me from switching my life to Gmail.

Viewing all Emails
RIGHT side of all emails are cut OFF! Please view the platform they show on, cannot read emails fully. Please fix this issue.

Subject line memory
Why did you remove the subject line memory when composing emails. In the old style mail, if you send to someone frequently, it would pop up automatically once I typed the beginning of the name.
Why did your company take away all of the convenient features and leave it as mess now?
Also, give us the ability to use the old style mail. The new one is terrible. The font and highlighting is horrible.

Adding filters is harder know. I used ot be able to click on the email and use that to add a filter to put the emails into a folder.
Be able to add an email to a filter folder instead of clicking the gear, going to filter, clicking add, remebring the email, and doing it the hard way. Just make it like it was before. Where you could add a filter directly from the email.

Mailbox order and Star filter
You should be able to rearrange mailbox order via drag and drop and should be able to use filter to add stars to email.

Make AI features toggle available again!
I tried to toggle off the AI summaries, but despite attempting to turn them off entirely, I still get AI summaries of emails that are both unwanted, AND INCORRECT!
PLEASE, please please please, let me turn off the AI features entirely.

Restore feature to drag/slide the visible width of the folder column on left side
Restore feature to be able to drag/slide the visible width of the folder column on left side. With old email, that width was adjustable to show complete folder names, even long ones. Even though with the New email you can hover over a folder name and the full name is displayed, there is no column width adjustment, so folder name longer than about 20 characters are cut off. Some of my folder names have nearly identical names, with only the latter portion of the name being different than another nearby folder. Now I can no longer just click on the…
