TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Enable way to go back to original inbox format

    the new format is horrible. i don't know why email services keep changing formats, the new format is cluttered and hurts my eyes. I'm probably going to finally give up my yahoo account after all these years, probably go to proton because gmail is equally convoluted.

  2. Miss my old camper in the background, make it available again?

    You ruined the whole email platform with these latest changes. Why the **** do you have to change what did NOT need changing? The entire look of the email is stale and unappealing as well.

    I wish you still had the option to have the classic mail look. This new version seems too animated or cluttered. The prior version was clean and easy to navigate. It's what everyone got used to

  10. new version fails

    "The forced update to the new version is completely broken for those who use Yahoo Mail from a corporate environment. Due to company firewalls and strict security filters, the new interface fails to load properly, and I can no longer open any attachments. The old version worked flawlessly. Since there is no option to switch back to the classic/basic view, Yahoo Mail has become completely unusable for my daily work. If this is not fixed, I will be forced to permanently switch to another email provider. Bring back the option to use the old version please!"

  12. Feedback on New Mail+

    I think you have given up real estate that was there and now checking email contents is more difficult with less space unless I want to open full. Open the email window as much as possible, allow the reading bar to move up and down. Its just too small to be really usable.
    I enjoyed what I had now I am not sure if I will get a client to utilize mail which I really have stayed away from til now.

  15. CHANGE THE FONT BACK

    PLEASE change the email font back. There is not enough differentiation between regular and bold font and it is visually harder to go through email.

  16. delete and block

    For a hot minute you had a delete and block option. Please bring that back. I am tired of being told I can **** till I drop. The best way for me to keep my email to a manageable level is to get this **** out of it for good.

  17. Go back to the older version

    Your new "theme" for the YahooMail is TERRIBLY SLOW. It takes twice as long to delete a selection of messages - from the INBOX, TRASH and SPAM folders. You can't see as many folders as I use to be able to access without using the MORE arrow/button. And if you are not exactly inside the box for a specific message, it bring up the entire message instead of selecting it to be moved or deleted.

    Overall, this new version really is the worst version you have ever offered!!

  19. HELP!! Can't find another way to contact

    I don't know if it's the new email look, or if I've been hacked. PLEASE DON'T DELETE!! I need help!
    I need to report a possible Yahoo Mail deliver/security problem following a phishing incident.
    I clicked a faudulent Punchbowl invitation and entered my Yahoo credentials on the resulting login page. I immediately changed my Yahoo password and verified all of my recover/security methods. They are all correct and belong to me.
    Sine then, legitimate emails from multiple ouside providers are not arriving. I have tested Gmail and Comcast.net. These messages do not appear in Inbox, Spam, Trash, or search, and…

  20. Bring back the GIFS

    I have many friends who don't live in the US and I stopped sending birthday, Christmas, Halloween, etc. cards since the postage is so expensive. I used to send GIFS because they were funny and they sometimes sent the right messages to the people. I've tried sending GIFS thru online (something or another) and sometimes they don't move or there's not a big selection or it takes too long to get what you're looking for. I don't know what it took for you to have it next to the little emojis in the email but I really wish you would…
