TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  2. Move function does not work

    Cannot move multiple emails to a folder. Page freezes and I have to reload page. Then it works.

  3. Let me use Old Yahoo Mail

    This new interface sucks. I paid for more storage, but I can't find stuff that I had stored, can't navigate the emall account, and basically feel like Yahoo Mail is useless. I can't delete the email until I recover important stuff I have stored here, but I can't find it anyway. You've effectively closed me off from the very thing I paid for. HOW ABOUT LETTING ME USE THE E-MAIL I PAID FOR?

  8. Incorrect name permanently associated with my own email address

    Yahoo Mail persistently associates the name “Reynold Johnston” with my own email address, although I do not know anyone by that name and no such contact exists in my Yahoo Contacts.

    The incorrect name appears in autocomplete when I address an email to myself and when Yahoo Mail displays messages I send to myself. Clicking the X removes the suggestion temporarily, but it returns after Yahoo Mail is refreshed or reopened.

    My Yahoo Mail sending name is correctly set to Clement Schubert. The raw header of a test message correctly shows “From: Clement Schubert,” and recipients outside my account receive…

  9. Please put back a sort by sender!!!!!!

    Sorting by sender is essential- it enables me to glance at all the same emails at a time and delete all or keep the ones I want. The way it is now, I have to go through 1 at a time, and I now have hundreds of emails and not enough time to sort through them all. For some, I like to keep most recent or ones that I purchased something from. It is a nightmare without this feature. I simply cannot sort through 10,000 emails 1 at a time.

  10. SWITCH IT BACK!!!

    THIS NEW LOOKS SUCKS!!! IT IS SO STUPIUD LOOKING!!! IT'S BAD ENOUGH U TOOK THE BEST FEATURES AWAY IN THE SETTINGS AND THRU OUT THE WHOLE EMAIL APPEARANCE BUT NOW U COME UP WITH THIS NEW STUPID LOOKING CHEESY LOOK THAT LOOK LIKE SOME 2ND GRADER CAME UP WITH!!! WE LIKE THE OLD LOOK AND STYLE AND SETTINGS!!! SWITCH IT BACK OR GIVE US THE OPTION IF WE WANT TO GO WITH THE NEW STUPID LOOKING LOOK!!! I HATE IT!!!

  15. where has the little raccoon icon gone from my trash box?

    The phishing icon is still present in my spam empty box, which is great. But my little raccoon climbing in the trash can in my trash box is no longer there. Where has he gone? Can I get him back?

  17. eliminate blank spaces...ugh!

    Man, this new update is terrible. There is so much wasted space on the page. I don't care about the ads...but, why do you have to remove icons and action buttons that have always been at the top? the space to actually read my emails (THE WHOLE REASON I GO TO MAIL) is so small because the other windows and panels are so big. There is so much white space on the page. If I wanted all of that, I'd go to google...ugh!

  18. allow basic email to all users

    I am dyslexic and your new format explodes my brain. For whatever reason the new style and type, and color options really make viewing my email a negative experience; a real struggle.

    Please Please PLEASE allow us long time loyal Yahoo'ers to go back to basic email.

  20. Email advanced search

    Hello, generally the new email client is fine, thank you. However, I need one modest but significant feature please. In email advanced search, I (and I assume others) need to filter by only the Inbox, so the results do not contain messages in other folders. Filtering by a folder is possible, but I don't see a way to filter by just messages in the Inbox. Thank you!
