TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  3. Allow users to disable colors in the circles to group email senders

    Please add an option in Yahoo mail Appearance settings to turn off the colored sender circles/avatars(Aplphatars) I prefer a clean, neutral inbox without the different colored circles> Please allow users to disable the colors without disabling other contact or email features.

    can the unread mail icon be provided in the side bar when the side bar is in minimize state. As it does not show this icon

    Your system changed my email from the original to the new system. I DON'T LIKE THE NEW SYSTEM AND WANT MY EMAIL CHANGED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL VERSION! ! ! ! !

  8. Please have an alternative to opening attachments. I dont want to download everything.

    Please let the attachment be viewed without downloading it. PDF cannot be downloaded therefore I can't view the file.

  9. Go back

    This update is really, really awful. The buttons to delete/move, etc. are no longer intuitive on the top of the inbox. The absolute worst thing is the preview reading pane is so extremely small, with this huge amount of wasted white space right above it (where the sender's email is), that is actually makes Yahoo email now unusable. Further, the tabs on the top of the inbox are now confusing and difficult to navigate and close. The ad pane is way too big compared to the inbox pane. If Yahoo doesn't go back immediately, I will start moving my emails…

  12. How about not deleting all of our things when we have been a long time user

    I have been using this site for over a decade. Unfortunately, life happened and I got sidetracked by all sorts of issues. I finally come back and everything is gone. All of my important files and emails.. I had saved over the years all gone because I have not logged in for a year. This is messed up. I have used yahoo for such a long time. I am so disappointed and now I am wondering if I should even continue using any services through you. I am also going to warn everyone I know who uses this service that…

    Include the 552 5.2.2 mailbox-full error, that mail stopped arriving July 30, your storage displays 6 GB of 1 TB, and no subscription is listed.

  17. New and Previous design

    Please give us back the previous easier to comprehend design. I have neurological issues and this new design totally messes with my mind. It's pushing me toward a mental breakdown. What the heck were you thinking???? I don't pay you monthly for this kind of treatment. I'm emotionally devastated. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK THE OLD DESIGN.
