Contacts and sending email addresses
The very first contact in my contact list cannot be found by search! Nor can several others. Indexing problem? Also when I click contacts why don't they appear in the send. cc, bcc box?
When I hover over a sender (in read or compose mode) I want to be able to right click copy their address. I often need it for other, legitimate, purposes like creating a website ID or distribution list elsewhere.

Auto Delete
"Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All." - Only 100 messages can be selected at a time, requiring you to repeatedly scroll and select in increments of 100. This process is very time-consuming. It would be more efficient to have an option to automatically delete messages from a specific folder after a set number of days.

When writing an email. You can't format the email for paragraphs, greetings, signoffs, or anything else. It's just one run-on sentence.Sucks
Make the body of emails being sent formattable. The current one run-on sentence looks terrible, unprofessional, and makes a bad impression on the receiver. As is, I won't be using Yahoo Mail for much of anything slightly important. When the email can start looking like you have an education, instead of a four-year-old writing it, I'll return. For now, I'll see what "Gmail" offers.

Why all of a sudden are spam emails going into my regular mail? They are not being marked as spam , why not ? Why do I have to delete spam from my regular mail now? FIX IT

Allow ability AGAIN to select all messages
In the old version, I can select all messages and de-select the ones I don't want to delete. then select delete and it wipes away all the messages I don't want. I like my inbox clean so I did this often. It's important enough for me that I will either go back to the old version or slowed get rid of Yahoo mail.

Spam - Block Domain Option
Hello, great folks at Yahoo! I've been a happy e-mail user with you all for more than twenty years now. Thank you.
Just a quick suggestion to share. Your spam filtering works very well. There is a way to select a message and ask the sender to be blocked.
But I often get messages from the same domain with a different address. So I got to the security settings and block the domain, multiple times every week. It's not such a hard thing to do.
It would be nice, however, if there were a "Block Domain" option in the Spam…

offer possibility of addingcolours to the folders
when creating folders they just appear as names and all the same, ideal to be able to colour them to browse quicker and highlight accorging to them or importance.

Sign in security
Making signing in to apps like Mac Mail as easy as Gmail does. I have been using Yahoo via Mac Mail for years, but today I got kicked out for no apparent reason, and can't get back in.

I do not like the layout of the new yahoo mail interface for desktop
i do not like the attachment preview page opening on a separate tab, it is much better when it opens beside the email that you are previewing. it is so frustrating when I'm doing my paperwork and have to keep switching tabs and adjusting my spreadsheet. please return it or give me a work around

Second time Trying to post this....You need to do away with trying to sort our mail
The Yahoo mail system does not sort mail right, what is important to me is not being found by the yahoo mail system. You seriously need to stop trying to sort the mail, and stop automatically making "Primary" a default for the mail. I get hundreds of emails and this way of sorting only shows me a handful. I want to see everything at once and am tired of this default setting. There needs to be a way for the user to choose how they want their mail sorted so they can set their own default. I am so tired of the new Yahoo mail. The system has this idea it knows what how to sort my mail. It automatically puts me in "Primary" when I'm looking at emails. I have all these emails to look at, and the system is only shows me a tiny few, I want to see all the emails because I know what is important and what is not. Fix a message-selection BUG
Please fix this bug promptly: I'm looking at the Offers category in my Inbox. I see a few adjacent messages that I want to delete. I click the checkbox on the first of these messages, then I hold Shift and click the last of these messages. Mail should select all of the messages between the two that I clicked.

provide ability to delete "Events from Mail" calendar, improved training, and improved notification
I spent +3 hours between Yahoo and Apple customer service. I recently noticed a new calendar named "sys-ext-events$ on all of my Apple devices. Not knowing what this is, I tried to delete but it kept coming back. I thought my devices were infected, putting my personal files at risk. Apple said it was a Yahoo issue and Yahoo said it was an Apple issue. Apple eventually directed me to calendar.yahoo.com where I was able to see my calendars. Paragraphs in mobile app
Dear All,
When replying to or composing a new message in Yahoo Mail mobile app all paragraphs are being removed and the message is displayed and sent like one long line. This is highly inconvenient, please fix this as soon as possible.
