WHAT'S NEW:
Calendar - We moved it from under "More" on the right hand side to it's own icon. Still on the right hand side, but it's now the first icon next to Starred and Contacts.

TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  7. Unread filter does work great

    When i click "unread" in the (...) it shows all unread meassage including ones in my "sent" folder. I only need to see my unread in the "inbox"

  8. Put Back Keyword Search In Advanced Search ASAP!!

    You removed keyword search from Advanced Search!! Why??!! It's an essential, necessity item we use everyday! I'll never be able to find my emails without it!! I put a name in the sender, then a word in the keyword search to find the specific email I'm looking for. Can't do that now! You at least should have had enough sense to leave Advanced Search exactly the same as it was in old Yahoo Mail!!

  9. OPEN MESSAGES IN NEW TAB/WINDOW

    In the classic (read: BETTER) version of yahoo mail, you could right/middle click to open a message in a new window or tab. You can no longer open multiple messages from your inbox, and instead you have to constantly go back, search a new message, open it, go back, search another and open it, go back, etc etc etc etc etc.

    What if I need to quickly switch between two or three or more emails for information? The new interface makes the entire process of navigating and parsing messages more convoluted and time consuming.

  10. fix this bug

    Looking at a big inbox... you want to quickly select a bunch of messages (easy) and mark them all read (also easy), but then, you want to move on, and select a bunch more. In the old UI, after marking messages as read, they were deselected, so it was easy to move on to the next set. Now, the messages remain selected, so to not consider them again, you have to either unmark them all (a PITA), or select all, and deselect all using the 'all' marker at the top of the column (also a PITA).   11. Get Categories Working Correctly

    The new Categories do not correctly sort incoming mail to the correct categories. Obvious offer mail from senders like MyPillow end up in my Primary sort vs the Offers category. Newsletters for Yahoo News appear in Primary and not Newsletters. They worked at one time and were awesome, but not any more. now they are pointless.

  12. Make paper clip clickable

    The paper clip Icon in the email was clickable on the top of the emails. Clicking it took us to the attachment. THis feature is not there. If there are chain emails, we need to scroll all the way down to get to the attachment.
    Think about bringing that back, you dont want to lose something unique

    It was the one of the best things in Yahoo mail.

  13. Long List of Searches but Can't Delete

    Please make it easy to delete old mail searches. There is no X when I highlight them or right-click so I have a list of about 20 and the most recent are way off to the right side. USELESS.

  14. should be able to Change the color. the light mode and the device mode are too bright. the night option is too dark .

  15. Restore Date-Based Email Grouping in New Yahoo Mail

    Please bring back the date-based email grouping feature from the previous Yahoo Mail interface. The ability to automatically group emails under headings such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, and Earlier This Month made inbox navigation much more efficient. The current sorting options are helpful, but they do not provide the same usability as the grouped view. Please consider restoring this feature as an optional setting in New Yahoo Mail.

  16. really dislike the loss of inbox spacing

  17. stop adding "features" without a means to turn them off

    when i open some emails, and scroll down there's a popup asking to save the sender. This"feature" is useless to me.

  18. Yahoo Management should be Honest with Yahoo User/Customers

    Childish Color Scheme of Yahoo new mail with no option to change back to clear black and white business traditional mail. Yahoo Management claims their are "Settings" for the user. Yahoo Management has remove all available Settings.

  20. Why are you making me change? I need to see my mailboxes, not the folders

    I want my mailboxes and number of unread messages in each mailbox seen, it is most important. I do not use different folders, why is folders taking up all the space, I dont use folders. Now I will have to find a different inbox viewer to see my 10 mailboxes and stop paying for yahoo PLUS
