Simplification
Please allow for "CTRL + Enter" to send as gmail and outlook do. Also, when bulk selecting things to delete I can initiate the delete with either a click or the DEL key, but the Enter key is disabled and you are forcing users to navigate via mouse to click "Delete" which is unnecessary.
For the record as a user of the Classic version for decades I view this forced change as a downgrade in UX, and would have thought it wise that you inform users of this change being permanent well in advance.

Where is the sort on sender
I've looked everywhere. Searched, watched videos and cannot find the sort on sender which is pretty much essential when you are getting 1000 junk emails a day.

Differentiate between emails
Please provide delineation between each email, either using lines or color variation. Emails in my inbox are those that remain outstanding. Otherwise, they are deleted or filed. Its hard to differentiate between emails.

The previous version was much better, with the default sort order grouping items by years, months, weeks, and days

sorting in folders
You used to be able to select emails, tap D on the keyboard (on desktop) and tap a number to move them into a folder; now that number option is not functioning

Disable search, return email folder hotkeys for moving emails.
I don't need to search for folders when I want to move my emails when I hit D. I want to be able to hit D, then hit a number key corresponding with a folder so that I can quickly send emails to a folder.
Maybe make this a toggle in settings.

using yahoo email on a 17" screen
I have a 17" laptop and was very happy with yahoo classic email.
With the new look, yahoo is using more whitespace, bigger fonts, huge buttons, etc etc... so my 17" screen now feels like a 13".I understand the industry thinks all users are getting dumber and dumber and can't cope with anything not looking like a kids toy with big bright buttons.... but come on.... surely you are better then that ?
Or is this the latest push to make users dump yahoo and go elsewhere?

You should all be embarrassed. It's truly terrible. I will be switching platforms and I hope everyone else does too.

Folder names text wrapping
The left folder panel on the desktop version is too narrow and locked. I cannot see the full names of my folders anymore - my only option has been to drastically decrease the viewing size of the entire page, and that does not fully resolve. Can the folder names text wrap instead of being truncated? Is there a way to increase the capability of the left panel expansion, decrease the reading panel, but with limitations. Can the left and middle panel negotiate space within a greater width without impacting the right panel being locked for advertisements? Thank you.

number of unread emails shown in inbox
Please make it so you can see how many unread emails there are in the inbox, without having to scroll over the inbox. Thanks!

Your forcibly imposed new GUI is a disaster
Not only is the GUI a huge regression, but also I get most stupid, kindergarten-style popups with ridiculous Holloween motifs congratulating me for nothing. Not just once, but 3-4 times a day since you launch your new GUI. HOW CAN THIS BE STOPPED?
The new user interface is worse than before, which already means a lot. You enlarged the fonts, made them bold such that only 3-4 lines / emails are visible in my long list of emails, making the overview difficult to read. Same for the visible part of the selected email: just 2-3 lines are visible because of…71st ranked -

Display ALL mailboxes
I don't like that I have to hover over the Yahoo icon on the lower left and then click on another mailbox. I want them to display at the top left like before. Having to Hover, then Click is inefficient. Any annoying.

Allow for more keyboard usage to select and delete emails
I prefer the old layout as it was easier to just select and use keyboard shortcut keys instead of having to rely on mouse clicks and other manual selection. The current layout sucks as I try to click to select and it opens the dang email and i can't quickly delete by using the delete keyboard button.

Restore folders view on left side of inbox (all of them)
For as long as I've had a Yahoo Email account (many years), I have had access to view all of my folders on the left side navigation bar. It is now gone. I'm no longer able to view all of my folders while working. Instead, I have to click on multiple dropdowns while trying to remember, or find, a given folder I'm looking for.
This is laborious, tedious, and frustrating.
Can the left navigation column once again restore all folders in view? I need to see all of my folders to be able to sort, find, and research, and I…

Default Sort
Why can't you save as a default sort to have the old messages appear first so you can view and respond to the new emails in chronological order? The app reverts to new emails first always. Seems odd that a simple sort cannot be saved as the default.
