Hi, searching high and low to find my contacts so I can modify them. No where to be found, going to the help section, or under settings does not take me to a place where I can add/change my contacts..

Contacts Issues
So Contacts issues is not on your list of categories for improvement...?
I have recently been adding contacts from emails but they are not appearing when I search for them. Repeating an addition gives 'contact updated' message!
Even more annoying is that after a mistype in the search field, using backspace starts deleting emails instead as the focus comes off the search field.
When composing a new email, addressing suggestions come up but often these are old ones, eg @ntl, not the current ones in contacts or even the most recently used.

Stop upsetting your users
There is something really wrong with my email inbox and there are no helpful articles listed to help. I am beyond upset at this point. I just want my original inbox back. I did not ask for, nor authorize any changes to my account. Whatever my inbox is now, there is no starred option, and the writing options (Bold, font & size, color, etc.) are gone. I just want my old original inbox back.....PLEASE

I just want to report a bug. WTF
When scrolling to the bottom of an box of messages, upon reaching the bottom, the wheel glitches back to about halfway through the box, making it nearly impossible to get to the earliest saved mail.

Why did you change the inbox?
I want to still be able to tell which ones I've read and which ones I haven't.
Now they ALL turn the same **** color, even the ones I've read.
I still want them in my inbox like they were before and be able to tell which ones I've already read.

UI Suggestion: Add 'Delete All' Option to Additional Tabs
Hello,
I’m writing with a simple suggestion that would make Yahoo Mail much more efficient. The Trash folder has a “Delete All” button, which is great. But the Newsletters, Social, and Offers tabs don’t have that same option. It would be very helpful to have a “Delete All” button available in those sections as well. Many of us clear those tabs out in bulk, and adding this feature would save time and keep the experience consistent across folders.

Problem Accessing my Yahoo Mail Account through Windows 10 Edge
Sorry to use this option but your site does not seem to offer another. I have been logging into my Yahoo mail account through Microsoft browsers for a great number of years. [gpc.gcpd@rocketmail.com] It worked perfectly this morning [25 Feb 2026] but this evening it failed an suggested I needed to remove Ad Blockers and enable JavaScript. I have not added any Ad Blocker since this morning and the instructions provided by Microsoft do not work on Edge in Windows 10. Move back to the "Sent" folder
I accidentally moved several messages from the "Sent" folder to another folder.
Now, there no option to move them back to the "Sent" folder.
Please add this as an option.

Bug: "Move message to folder"
I select multiple emails, and press "D" to move them to a folder.
Most of the times, only one of the selected message moves. The rest remain in the inbox.Please, test this using multiple ways to multi-select messages:
- Ctrl + Click
- Arrows (up/down), then Space to select messages.
- Select a message, then Shift + Click to select a range of multiple messages.Also, while selecting the destination folder, make sure that both Enter and Click works correctly.

Archive et export de mails
L'espace maximum est maintenant limité à 15 Go. L'idée serait de pouvoir archiver des mails dans un fichier puis de les effacer pour libérer de la place. Pouvoir ultérieurement exploiter le contenu de cet export (html par exemple).

Il y a des dossiers que nous utilisons régulièrement. Les mettre en favori sur la partie gauche permettrait de ne pas scroller tous les dossiers pour le classement des mails.

Dark Mode
Dark Mode MUST be dark, not grey--it's the only reason why I never switched to the new stupid yahoo mail and now, when I choose to go back you guys deleted my old settings and cannot go back to my dark mode setting under my old yahoo mail which was truly dark NOT grey. You guys are idiots and your head designer/developer should be fired.
