5. Keep My Yahoo. I use it multiple times a day. It shows exactly what I want to see. No algorithm will show me more, correctly.

   Do not remove MyYahoo. There is no world where reading the information I want by scrolling is going to keep me as a paying Yahoo customer.

6. You were making changes in 2020. What happened to 2026?

   To better determine if an email is spam or unwanted, it would be nice if you had a feature that allowed users to click on the incoming sender name, and see the underlying email address. Bad actors often use innocent names to mask their dodgy email addresses.

10. Calendar Improvements

    Calendar improvements: Please revert back to the old calendar. Now, when posting a note on the calendar, it does not show up in full like before. And then when printing, one must convert it to Landscape and adjust the font to 70% or less. Upon doing that, one must use a magnifier to read the note. It was fine in the old version of the calendar, but whoever changed it did not test it out.

11. Offer to opt out of signing in with fingerprint or code.

    For the past couple of months I've been getting a notification every time I log in to my Yahoo mail, asking me to sign in with my fingerprint or code. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. So my suggestion is to offer an option to opt out. I've been told all I need to do is hit skip...but I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS SCREEN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I don't want to use either of these methods and am not changing my mind. Please offer an option to opt out. IT'S EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Thank you.

13. It Needs to Be Much Easier to Find My Payment History!

    It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.

    I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.

    EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.

    You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".

    None of these links to get to this page say anything about PAYMENTS.

    And, strangely enough, this page has a "Wallet" tab, and it DOES NOT LIST RECENT PAYMENTS. The last payment I see there is this: Mailpro / Oct 29, 2025 / -$5.00 USD

    This is bad.

14. Yahoo Mail Plus - Remove the "Starred, Contacts, More" on the right side of screen view

    Upon accessing my Yahoo mail plus account, (on the desktop running Windows 11) I want to eliminate having to see the section on the right hand indicating: "Starred, Contacts, More". I am able to drag this section away but I don't want to see it every time I log in and have to drag it away when I access and also refresh (to get emails) my Yahoo mail plus account. This is highly annoying. I tried to reset this appearance through "Settings" and also called and spoke to Mark from Yahoo Customer Support and he suggested I would have to submit this request. Thanks.

15. Lost bookmarks- How do I relocate important information against Yahoo's flood of choices such a themes...

    I clicked the bookmark icon to save a message sent to me in My Yahoo. It disappeared from the inbox. The panel on the left was of no help in its relocation. Allowing important messages to remain black made them easy to find.
