Ads take too much room on reading pane
I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

Don't get rid of notepad!
Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

"Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail
Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

The spam filtering has been sub-par lately. I've used Yahoo for a long time and the spam filtering is usually pretty good but the past few weeks I've seen more and more spam get through to my regular inbox. I report each one but keep seeing similar ones come through.

BUG REPORT - Corrupted/Stuck Inbox Message
One email is permanently stuck in my Yahoo Mail Inbox. It cannot be deleted, archived, moved, or marked as spam. Other emails work normally. This occurs directly on the Yahoo Mail website, not just through a third-party mail app. I have reproduced the problem in an Edge InPrivate window and after refreshing Yahoo Mail. I also searched for the individual message using Yahoo Mail Search and attempted to delete it from the search results.
Every attempt returns: "The message you're trying to access is no longer valid."

I created my Yahoo account successfully yesterday but there is no cloud storage. Would you please provide Yahoo users with cloud storage so they can upload files for backup. Please can you do that. allow preference selections for ad feeds by Yahoo users.
One of the consistent Ads in my email feed is Hillsdale College. The organization is extremely right wing and believe in themes of Christian doomsday. I do not and will never subscribe to such propaganda and find it offensive that it is constantly in my feed. I cannot find where to delete them from my email feed. There should be more preference available on selection on what kind of ADS your general population of users want to see. Theirs is DEFINITELY propaganda based. Thank you.

Deleting a draft deletes the whole thread
Bug report:
When eliminating a draft on the android app, the whole conversation gets deleted, and is not found even on the recycling bin.

By identifying and fixing technical glitches
For the past ten days or so, every time I sign into any of my three Yahoo addresses, I'm being forced to get an authentication code. But I have double authentication turned off in my settings. Please help fix this problem. It is extremely inconvenient for me to have this extra unwanted stop. In all on my years as a Yahoo client, I've never had this happen for more than a rare day at a time. once in a proverbial blue moon.

Yahoo Mail offline on Mac.
I cannot get yahoo to connect to Mac mail. None of the support documents helped. The AI assistant cannot help and there is not one at Yahoo to speak to. I spoke with Apple and they said the problem seems to be with Yahoo. Would be nice to have a human to speak with.

Unable to Delete Message

Modify how emails are shown
The amount of wasted space in my inbox because you mandate we have "by day" headers when sorting by recent is ridiculous. We already have the date on the right hand side. Why must we also be forced to see Monday, Tuesday, etc? Allow us to remove it!
