  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

  4. Cant find storage use data

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  5. "Account disconnected" with outlook, hotmail

    Yahoo is experiencing an error when adding mailboxes from Outlook and Hotmail; after accepting the request, a message appears saying "Account disconnected".

  6. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

    上傳檔案時, 會因網路不穩定或網速不足, 而在上傳期間 突然直接上傳失敗, 而這時間還必須要整個刪除再重新上傳, 為什麼不能自動重新上傳, 或依當前上傳進度, 接續繼續上傳至100%?
    之前都還可以這樣的, 依當前上傳進度, 接續繼續上傳至100%
    現在反而退化了

  9. Allow flexibility to return to two column set up.

    My iPad recently updated with the new Yahoo email. I loved the old configuration with two columns where I could preview the email on the left and read the email on the right. Now there are three columns—navigation, preview and email content. The preview column is useless now. Could you please give the option to omit the navigation column and allow the two columns configuration? I’ve been a loyal Yahoo user for over 20 years and am now considering another vendor. Hope you listen to your constituents and allow some flexibility. Sincerely, Pamela Pall

  12. Very Happy With New Setting for Calendar: Viewing all events on the screen.

    I was really upset when you removed the List View from the Calendar. I needed to be able to see all my events show on the screen. Needless to say, I was very happy today when I discovered you've added a setting so I can choose to view all my events for each day. Thank you for that update!!

  13. Disapperaring Text in an Email

    I tried to post this earlier and got a 404 error so will try again. Some emails show up in my inbox with no visible text in the main body of the email. One of the emails this happens with is an email group I belong to in groups.io. I responded to an email from someone else and chose reply to group which includes me so I got the email and my text did not show up.   15. How do I switch back to the old version?

    How do I switch back to the old version of Yahoo Mail? The old version listed all of my email accounts in the left column and showed which had new emails. When I opened the emails they were much easier to read.

  16. move sent emails or replies to email vs. copies sent emails or replies to emails.

    In the past, when I sent or responded to an email, it would move to "sent" and it would disappear from "inbox". Now it copies to "sent" and stays in the "inbox". I liked it better when it moved to the "sent" box rather than copies to the "sent" box.

  20. Help me get back to the classic look (please)

    I have 4 Yahoo email accounts. Once of them - boblacerais@yahoo.com - got switched to 'new Yahoo Mail' somehow, probably by me accidentally clicking on the 'Try the new Yahoo Mail' button. I prefer the classic mail software and would like to switch this account back to that but I don't seem to have that option under Settings, despite what all the articles and videos say. How can I switch this account back?
