  1. Yahoo Something went wrong We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device.

    I download Yahoo mail to my pc via Thunderbird. It's stopped working and telling me to try from another device. No work around works. You aren't covering this issue anywhere that I can see. Is Thunderbird no longer supported? I see this reported as a problem on several sites on the net.

    I would love to see a way to open multiple emails simultaneously. Many times I click several emails to load, and it would be great to check the box beside 5-10 emails and click "open," and they would all open in a new tab - each in its own.

  4. Feature Request: Show images only from trusted contacts

    Hello,
    I would like to request an additional option for image display in Yahoo Mail.
    It would be very helpful to have a setting that allows images to be shown automatically only for trusted senders, such as contacts or verified senders, while keeping images blocked for unknown senders.

    The current options are either to always show images for all messages (except spam) or to ask before showing external images for every email. A middle option for trusted senders would improve both convenience and security.

    Your ads absolutely kill my performance. Complete RAM hog. Ads can be intrusive and inappropriate - why do I need to see an 80+ dating site at my job, a medical office?

  9. Navigational issues.

    I can no longer drag my selected emails to the left into the desired folder. It brings up some kind of 'split view' which I don't want at the time. ALSO, I can't seem to find how to NOT have Archive at the top by the other options to put the emails (which I can't drag into the left). I don't want 'Archive' there. ALSO, I just tried to post this and it wants me to sign in. I was ALREADY signed in. ARRG.

  10. Proper Protocol Needs to Revised before sending to Escalation Team

    I would point out that when there is an issue with a compromised or potentially compromised account, please inform the customer upfront that the account will be locked. Give the customer time to make preparations to clear whatever needs for the time account under lockdown. Because in my case, the representative went straight to escalation without proper protocol, asking questions about what happens after it's escalated, or giving the customer a chance to decide whether they want to be escalated. I felt there wasn't enough proper preparation for me (the customer). Still need access to their account for daily replies.…

  12. Yahoo Mail Storage Management

    In the Settings -> More Settings, you are showing the total space used in the bottom left. Why not show the Total Storage as per free/paid plan too? Example: showing "3GB of 20GB" is better than just showing "3GB". Also provide options in Search Filters to sort mails by Large attachments for house keeping. I tried Size keyword but its not working.

  14. Install a "block" button for all incoming email.

    Have a button, like "delete" to allow for the user to block addresses on incoming email messages to all mailboxes. I am being inundated with junk/useless mail for adult sites, etc.

  15. Add ability to change default calendar view and add a year at a glance.

    Your calendar was the best there was. Not so much now. You have taken away, rather than make improvements. First, please, allow changing the default calendar view! I need the monthly view!!!! Also, please consider putting the year at a glance back. I used it multiple times per week. It is the reason why I chose to make Yahoo my primary calendar. Now, I must find an alternative somewhere. I really don't want to stop using Yahoo, but having to use two calendars is not a fun thing.

    Remove dark blue background color over text. It is hard to see the words. Use minimally very light blue instead or none at all.

  19. Keep highlighted the last e-mail I was on in my inbox

    When I come out of an email & back to my in box, why oh why doesn't the last message I was on stay highlighted? I find it so annoying that I have to search back through emails to get to the next one in order of them being sent.
    The last email you were in always used to stay highlighted then you knew where you were & could go straight to the next message.
    Is there a setting that I can change to enable this function again please?

  20. Not receiving OTP emails from Qatar airways

    I'm not receiving OTP emails from Qatar anymore - it's not an issue on Qatar airways because I'm still reliably receiving them in my Outlook emails... I can't contact for support without paying so what is going on?!
