Stop changing things and just make it work properly again!
I am at the point of ditching Yahoo mail after 30 plus years! The last few weeks messages have been unbelievably slow to load, and my Yahoo mail window frequently informs me that I have no internet connection, even though I know that I do and use the internet connection fine on every other tab!

i called your customer service all they did was repeatedly asked the same questions when i lost my patience they laughed then HUNG the phone up on me, this is ridiculous claiming the system was down, when i asked why are you askign for my information if the system is down when i am callign about a billing issue?

do not filter e-mails from gmx.ch
e-mails from my gmx.ch-e-mail account that ar forwarded to my yahoo mail, are often blocked by mailer-daemon and get lost. please do not filter e-mails from gmx.ch.

how to block infected advertising from taboola
Sir/madam, I have been receiving infected advertising, via taboola. as it is marked as advertising I cannot block it. it continues to pop up in my e-mail disguised with a check box like other e-mail, causing accidental clicks which opens the infected content, causing me to have to clean my computer each time. can advertisers content be blocked or screened for virus content?

you are impacting your users for the advertisements.
if it will continue this way - i will move using my gmail account which i avoided using for years.
today my gmail FRWD all content to my yahoo emial and my yahoo email is my main account and app im using.
im sure there are many users who think same way.

all my saved emails were deleted by your new system i would like them all back and the old email system this new system sucks and the fact you thought very little what would happen to customers emails that have been with you for decades is very disgusting . I have had tool purchases in files that i am still waiting for and now i dont have contact info anymore i stand to lose lots of time and money because of this mess . NOT F"N HAPPY
