Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Provide a way to monitor storage used
You've told me today that I have a maximum of 15Gb of free storage, and kindly informed me that I haven't already exceeded that. But you haven't told me how to monitor my usage. That is surely a basic requirement if you are going to impose such limits.

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Yahoo will no longer open pic files - A Known Issue by Yahoo
I suddenly can no longer open and pic files that are sent to my yahoo email. After doing some digging, I discovered this is a known issue by Yahoo. When can I expect this fix to happen?

Mass Block/purge property
Purging old email senders. I have had my account for 20 years. It is now overrun with spam. Anyway to just do a mass block/purge and keep the address live? I do not want to lose the account, but need to wipe out/block all previous senders.

Consistency
Consistency , Your systems do not operate in the same manner from one day to the next. Is this some type of silly childish game that Yahoo is playing with its customers?? I selected ALL for the emails only for current date but today when I select that it is giving me All my messages in my entire account. Once again. I cannot depend on Yahoo for reliability.
Also you need to get rid of those stupid and useless ads at the bottom of the inbox page. That is totally disgusting. IT shows a lack of consideration for your customers…7th ranked -
App is freezing
New version of app constantly freeze's on my iPhone 16. I cant get any resolution to resolve this issue. I am no longer wanting to keep the app if I try an do anything to my emails it just gets stuck and I have to shut it down and restart and it does the same thing. I reached out to support and was offered no resolution or even a suggestion.

Visual design misses completely
The "New Yahoo! Mail" is an eye sore. The inbox rows are too far apart. Way too much dead space. That's not simplicity. It's making me feel like a 5 year old. I switched both accounts to the "old mail" which is 100x better with the color theme i can choose and I can reduce the spacing between rows. It's just a neater, more pleasing visual even though I can see more on the screen. It's still not cluttered.

Add Microsoft team meeting time and date details within the email body or AI summary on top.
I had an interview scheduling mix-up today and wanted to ask if this is normal with Yahoo Mail/Calendar or Teams invites.
The interviewer sent me a Teams invitation by email, but in the email body I only see the meeting link, meeting ID, and passcode. I do not see the date and time clearly shown there. I normally do not use Yahoo Calendar much, so I did not think to check it separately, and I ended up misunderstanding/mishearing the interview date and time.

Make it like Google mail. With options and choices. I'm enjoying Google mail.
When I switch between my two yahoo accounts, the menu says I'm signed in but it keep wanting me to sign in again. I can sign in, switch accounts and switch back withing 20 seconds and it wants me to sign in again. Its not a problem on the app so I can only use the app for one of my accounts. Should I just forward all the yahoo email to a google account?

Speed
Yahoo is much slower than other mail providers. On the same laptop, Google is much faster than Yahoo. Can you fix?
