I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the current performance of Yahoo Mail. Over the past several days, the service has become extremely slow and frequently unresponsive. Pages often freeze, forcing me to wait or refresh multiple times before I can access my emails.
What is particularly frustrating is that this issue has become noticeable since I began paying for the upgraded Yahoo Mail service and additional storage. In the past, when the service was free, I never experienced such persistent delays or loading issues. It is…

Printing the entire body of an e-mail not just the header.
I use Safari as my search engine on both a Mac Book and Mac Book Pro. Since going to the new Yahoo...... Yahoo will NOT give me a preview of my entire e-mail to be printed..... it will show the header BUT NOT the body of the e-mail. I spend sometime with the Apple store and they determined that the ONLY way I could print the body was to go back to the old Yahoo . Is there a fix to this problem underway?????

Option to restore previous email pages format.
How do I restore the former format of the yahoo email pages. The new format has numerous extraneous lines and titles. Sorry folks, you took something that worked and broke it. How can I restore the former format??? Thanks, emilygrogin@yahoo.com

Return the page numbers for emails

Why did you remove the page number? Now I can't find my old messages without scrolling through many many emails. I also don't want to go to "oldest" and then look backwards to find messages or clear them. I hate this new email.1st ranked -
delete old emails, so that I can receive new ones. I did, but it still says I can't receive any new emails. What do I do now?
make it easier to delete old emails. I did a couple of years worth, but still can't use it. Or maybe have an automatic way to do that, so I don't have to remember to do it.

changing font size
My Email font is too small, how do I fix it?
I cannot increase the size of the font with out using Ctrl+ which changes it on every window, which makes them too big.1st ranked -
Leave the messages separate. Combining them together is creating more problems than it remedies.
I have recently been forced to migrate to the newer Yahoo mail which I have been avoiding to great extent. Anyway, now instead of separate emails informing me of this or that, I get a STRING of emails all together and it is difficult to tell which one I am supposed to be reading. It does not help with organisation. In fact, it makes it worse. If I want to combine messages together, I can create a folder and put the emails in there together myself.

put the icons in the same order
Put the icons for mail select and mail view in the same order, eg:
if i'm selecting emails the icons are in this order
archive move delete unread spam
but if i view an email they are in this order:
unread star move delete
i look for things by location and to this make it difficult for me when i'm having to hunt for the icon in different locations wether i'm viewing all email or a single email1st ranked -
Ads to stop playing full vol even when muted
I hate the fact that ads play at full volume even when I have them muted??? Never used to happen on "Old Mail" so can you please make the ads work with the mute button or have them not play ads sounds at all unless I select it to do so.

old laptop can't update browser, email access impeded
I can no longer sign into my yahoo mail account because i am working from a Macair 10.15.laptop using Catalina. I have been using Safari as a browser, and am no longer able to update the app on my laptop. I have had no luck trying other browsers. I can only maintain my classic yahoo mail account if I am unable to access my email. Any suggestions? I don't want to switch to another email, but I need one that works!

Email Theme
Please do something about your Yahoo email theme. It is THE most confusing email system I've ever seen. The way it separates email chains is crazy. I have emails with like 5 email chains inside the one email chain, with other email chains in them!... not even sure I said that right because its so confusing. There is multiple emails that also have attachments but the little paperclip does not display. Just spent an hour searching old emails to find an attachment I sent and found it in an email without the clip. Please... help us.
