   I am trying to delete large numbers of old emails in Yahoo Mail, but the feature to “Select all conversations that match this search” does appear but i cannot delete or move the selection. I can only select one page of emails at a time, which makes it impossible to manage years of old mail efficiently.

   Details:

   I am using the Standard Yahoo Mail interface on desktop.

   When I search by date (e.g., before:2022/01/01), results display correctly, but “Select all conversations” option does not let me delete the collection.

   On the Yahoo Mail Android app, date searches often return “no results,” even when I know messages exist.

   This seems like a bug, because many help articles and guides say the “Select all conversations” link should appear. Could you please confirm whether this feature is still supported, and if so, why it is not showing up?

   This is very important for users who need to clean up old mail without scrolling through thousands of messages manually.

4. Enable stop 18+ adverts!

   NEED TO BE able to remove 18+/adult adverts. I dont want to see them ever. But in the windows version there is no way of removing them temporarily. Very poor and disgusting attempt at trying to force to pay for ad free.

6. Email Deletion process

   Deletion of e-mails. Referring to email on 8/27 from support. Unable to post any screenshots or videos to this forum. Before deletion 515,059 total emails. Selected 1 year after 2010-01-01 before 2011-01-01 with 4,987 emails to delete. Selected all to delete. System indicates all deleted. After deletion 514,876 total e-mails remain. According to the math not all emails that were selected, and indicated as deleted, were deleted. I have deleted 12-13 years worth of emails multiple times using this same process and not all are deleted when going back and verifying. Please fix this process so users don't have to delete the same e-mails over and over and still pay for additional storage to maintain their email account.

8. Storage Full and I can't upgrade.

   I live in Thailand. I got the 'Add Storage' upgrade plan email from Yahoo, but it isn't an option due to regional limitations. And now I can not receive or send any email. I've been trying to delete mails for years yet it still is not enough. I don't think this is a good user experience.

    Posting here anyway because there's no other way for me to get ahold of someone at yahoo. Paid subscription to reset password is WRONG. We've been using yahoo for years without complaints and to be asked to pay money in order to gain access to our account is wrong. Please provide a FREE customer service line or and EMAIL to contact someone.

12. Deleting emails is problematic

    Deleting emails from the main inbox page is problematic, it often deletes the second email also immediately after, appearing to be so sensitive that it deletes 2 emails instead of one. Maybe give the option to confirm the deletion.

    ALL of my emails between February and august vanished from my inbox.
    I have obvious obscene emails in my unread folder that dont appear anywhere else.
    I have legitimate emails in my unread folder that dont appear in my inbox.
    I have obvious phishing emails in my inbox that were not blocked.
    I have emails in my inbox that i have filters set to block.
    Yahoo email is by-far hands-down the WORST EMAIL ive ever had. Im forced to use it by frontier.com
    unless i change my email address. Getting so bad ill probably have to do that.
    What a train-wreck of an email service...miserable.
