Get rid of ads across the bottom of the page
Your new ad across the bottom of the page is a really bad idea. What's next? Another ad above it making just one email subject line visible?

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Ads connected to a Virus should not be connected to email.
There was an Ad that showed up in my email box with a area to the left to click on it labeled Smith. I tried to remove it and a redirect pop up telling me I was infected with a virus. the Yahoo Mail Ad from smith is the virus. The statement gave the notice of senior benefits in my area.

Fix the calendar display bugs
Every time I add notes to an existing calendar event and save them, that event now appears TWICE on that day until I hit refresh on the browser.

Make it so I can delete all Emails at one time.
I have over 10,000 emails and i would like to delete all of them or at least 1,000 at a time. It takes too long tp only delete 100. Can you update your system to make that possible?

After you Block Messages in Spam Folder
You receive a spam message and it is sitting in your spam folder. You block the spam message. Why does the block spam message after it is deleted from the spam folder need to be directed to and land in my "Delete" folder? What am I going to do with unread "Spam" messages in my "Delete" folder? Why not have the Blocked Spam messages disappear from the e-mail account entirely or go to Yahoo so they can block the IP address so the spam doesn't come back to your e-mail account again.

Bring back the set-reminder-on-an-email option
I am really missing the option that has been removed from yahoo Mail where one could set a reminder on an email. This was very useful and quick to use. Please bring it back. Also, please move the sign in button on this form so that you sign in BEFORE entering all the information and then losing it because of having to sign in AFTER filling in the form.

DMARC, DKIM and SPF filtering
These days, spam and phishing emails mostly come from hijacked or AI-registered fake email addresses, and blocking the email address does nothing to block the spammer. If you could block emails based the displayname not matching the valid email server of the domain the email claims to be from, you would block a LOT more spam and phishing emails, saving your customers and your own company a lot of problems. This can be implemented easily with DMARC, DKIM and even just SPF filtering. All corporate email systems do this by default. Outlook does this by default. Yahoo mail can too.

Inbox default tab setting
What does not work well in the 2026 New mail.
I have been using the 2026 New version for months and missed the ALL tab
but now , here is some feedback
The Primary tab is the default tab and there is no setting to change to the All Tab.
I can start mail with the all tab, but if I select another/sub box, and then go back the the inbox,
the Primary tab is the default again.
This is very annoying, can you add a setting to use for the default tab for the inbox.7th ranked -
fix filter settings to remove instructions
the filter settings will not delete selected numbered filter instructions. for unknown reasons, all my in incoming email messages are going into the Archives folder.
I have attempted to correct this many times to no avail.
Can someone provide me with an explaination and a fix to this problem?

Ad within email messages
It would be helpful to distinguish the ads within the email messages by highlighting them or using another means. Recently, I accidentally clicked on one that showed a name. When I did, it took me to a "spam/scam" message about Windows.

Bug: Text Formatting
When saving an email Draft that includes copy-pasted text from Google, the text formatting gets messed up and

Need to be able to telephone a specialist when a problem persists
There needs to be a telephone number to call. I'm not getting emails I should. I've spent about 4 hours checking all my folders, checking my filter and security settings, gone completely through the AI Chat, which ended up sending me back to the help center, and gone through all the help center suggestions. I think yahoomail is somehow filtering out those emails I'm not receiving, not even getting to my spam folder. jemoxley@yahoo.com
