Ads with fake checkboxes are deceptive!
I've noticed a lot more ads in the email folder/list view that have fake checkboxes. If you are trying to clean up emails, it is easy to accidentally click on one of these ads and open a new window/tab. I see this as a deceptive practice on the part of Yahoo Mail because it creates a perception that a customer is purposefully going to that ad. I recommend that you remove the fake checkboxes on ads. Get rid of ads across the bottom of the page
Your new ad across the bottom of the page is a really bad idea. What's next? Another ad above it making just one email subject line visible?

Please allow Planner function to be disabled
Please allow users to toggle off the planner function. Some of us are very happy with existing calendars and find the Yahoo version to be an unreasonable intrusion with your scanning of our emails

Allowing members to add other email accounts that's not google, aol or yahoo....
I would like to add my twc.com mailbox to my Yahoo Mail Plus account. All your help comments says to "add account" to "other" but there is no option to add a TWC email. I can only see Google, AOL, and Yahoo options. I just talked to your HELP chat, who confirmed that "Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available". and to add to this site to alert you to maybe work on it.

Email Storage used
Provide dedicated link or Icon to find out how much storage is currently being used. The pathway suggested in your "help"/guidance gave no options beyond "Add or Manage Accounts" and "Sign Out". IMHO worse than useless. If you're going to hand out what are effectively threats then at least have the information in them outside of the threats be useful.

Implement a restore contacts feature
Hello there,
Recently some contacts were deleted from my account by an unknown process. I'm not sure how many of my contacts were affected by this. I contacted support to ask if the contacts could be restored to an earlier timeframe. Even something like 2 years ago would be very helpful. Unfortunately, they advised me that a restoration feature is unavailable.
My suggestion is that you implement a restoration process for situations like mine. It could even be made available to the public via Settings. I realize that people may accidentally restore their contacts when they don't mean to, but…

Provide option to turn off "bundling"
You started bundling emails from senders I don't often open. I don't want this and when I reached out to the help desk they said I can't turn it off. I HATE it and have to unbundle the messages everytime. 1) please provide an option to turn it off and 2) don't force features on users - give us the option to use or not use new features.

Fix auto-complete when writing a new email and I want to add a contact
Hello Yahoo Support,
I am contacting you because auto-complete is not working in Yahoo Mail on my account.
Previously, when I typed a few letters in the “To” field, Yahoo Mail would suggest email addresses for people I contact regularly, even if they were not saved as contacts. This no longer happens.
I have already tried:
new Yahoo Mail
old Yahoo Mail
Microsoft Edge
InPrivate browsing
checking and recreating contacts
disabling and re-enabling Enhanced ContactsThe issue remains the same, so this appears to be an account-side problem rather than a browser issue.

Uses too much memory in chrome.
Both the new mail and old mail is becoming unusable. Both are using as much as 12 GB of memory in chrome, and slowing my whole browser down. Chrome is giving error messages saying the ads are taking too long to load. You need to fix this, or I will swap to google mail.

Sorting of Filters
Can you add a simple feature that will allow Filters to be Sorted Alphabetically? Right now, the only feature is a Move Up or Move Down button for Filters. This is okay if I have only a dozen Filters. But if I have 100 then it is very difficult to do! It is also very difficult to manage duplicate Filters when there are 100 or more - unless they are Sorted Alphabetically first!

Sorting WITHIN Folders
Within Folders, I can Sort by Oldest to Newest or vice-versa, or by Starred / Unstarred. Can you also add two more criteria for Sorting WITHIN Folders - (1) by Subject and (2) by Sender. This will greatly improve and simplify message management!
