bring back feature to display all email accounts in the right-hand panel at a glance
Please bring back the feature that displays all email accounts in the right-hand panel at a glance, allowing us to easily see which accounts have new emails. Currently, we have to make extra clicks to check our other email accounts. Only one account is visible now.
There is too much wasted blank space at the top of the interface. This space could be used more effectively to display compact email summaries and the email reading pane.
These features are crucial!!

Links need to show preview
Links do not show preview anymore on new Yahoo format. Can't differentiate between READ and UNREAD anymore with new format. Background too white and can't read. Dark mode too dark. Need a background to even it out like on the old Yahoo format.

Read messages darker color
I keep my read messages in my inbox folder, but the previous version made the read messages much darker so that it was easy to navigate through the read and unread messages by scrolling down (yes, I know I can just select "unread messages" to view those); however, it is nice to be able to look at what I have received in a single day (say, on Monday) and see what I have read and unread by how dark or light they are colored. Just something to consider. It probably wouldn't take much to make the read messages just shaded…

Fire all your web UI designers!
Please fire your web UI designers. The new design is awful and so difficult on your eyes! Get rid of the circle icons. We do not need or want it. All we want is to view our emails in a clean clear manner not with all the junk you just added. It's awful! How many time do I need to say how awful the design is?

Enable blocking senders directly in the Spam mail.
Previously this option was available. Apparently now senders can be blocked only from the In Box. This means having to transfer mail from the Spam Box to the In Box to block the senders, Very inconvenient.

What an ill thought out upgrade. So annoyed with Yahoo. Also, if you wanted to make a decent change make the Calandar an App so I can see it on my phone.
I really think you guys are absolute idiots ... it's like you haven't tested any upgrades in the real world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How about a recourse for dissatisfied customers?
This new yahoo is nothing short of a massacre by existentialist ideologues,,, you have not IMPROVED ANYTHING , you have merely superimposed you new fangled ideas and left no way for customer recourse. Disgusting ! After nearly 50 years I may think of relocating my attentions elsewhere!

Bring back search individual folder!!
I have lots of messages in folders so when I want to search for a message in a particular folder, it now brings up the messages in ALL the folders. And now the search function doesn't even show what folder a message is actually in! Makes search absolutely worthless! Some things should NEVER be discontinued. And that is one that definitely should be brought back. Thanks.

Re-enable block sender
In previous versions, mail sent to spam could be selected to add to the blocked list and delete. This was very useful and reduced future spam emails from unwanted email addresses. Now this feature is gone and requires manual adding which is time consuming and could be entered incorrectly due to manual typing.

Dark mode Read/Unread emails hard to distinguish in the new UI update
After the Yahoo Mail update, when using the Dark mode it became much harder to distinguish Read emails vs Unread. It's using the same font the same color, only the thickness is different.
It's better implemented in Light mode.74th ranked -
Stop changing it!!
The way it was before the first "update" was working great, now it so hard to see and you try to click to delete something and opens it instead, very frustrating making me want to just stop using yahoo, stop messing with something that worked without your crazy updates!!!

Distinguishment of text display
The current theme makes it very difficult to distinguish between Read and Unread emails, while the old design was easy to spot and select. Suggest making the Read emails completely greyed out or maybe using smaller text so that the user can easily track how many unread emails there are.
Or provide more theme color options? Just bright and dark are not helpful
