I am constantly searching for the same email again when I need to get back to it. It was much better to have tabs for open emails.

Increase the window size of the email body
There's so much static space above the body of the email, whether it's the preview mode next to the list of emails or when opened fully. This is a huge pet peeve, since the whole point is the email itself, not a large box above it stating who it's from. We know who it's from, that's why we're reading it. We shouldn't have to scroll so much to see most of the body of text. The cutoff is quite blunt.

I don't ant to see the bar on the right
i want to be able to adjust the email view so that the bar on the right is not there - just want to see the messages and the content of the message that I have selected, the bar on the right is reducing the redaing space of the message - not good.

Screen is too busy
Too much of the page is taken up by all of the "new" features. Makes it very hard to use. It seems a little strange that 100% of the function of my email account with you, which is to read emails, can now only be viewed on 30% of the screen. There is too much going on with the "new" features. Can we eliminate or at least hide the huge margin taken up on the right side of the screen? Thank you!

Feedback directions
When I asked how to provide feedback on the new Yahoo Mail I was told to Tap the Profile Icon.
What is the Profile Icon? No example was provided and I tapped on a lot of things, but never got a page showing me a feedback link.

How do we print from a draft message
It would be helpful if there was a PRINT icon/option on draft messages. I can print the whole page with CNTL+P but I only want to print the draft message to review offline and make changes/improvements.

I hate everything about the changes. Especially the appearance. God awful. I would use a lot of expletives if it were allowed. Give us classic back, the harshness of black/white is awful. Also the "preview" option is not working and changes nothing whether on or off.

Emails are now difficult to read ever since you forced this horrible update. Please fix this. Was it even tested before launch? Just awful.

To much wasted space.
Yahoo Mail is for reading emails but with this new update and changes you have reduced the space for reading emails. All e-mails are squashed into a small box. I need to scroll left and right to read the e-mail! That's dumb. The scroll bar is at the bottom of the e-mail so I need to go back and forth to see the entire email. Scrolling up and down is normal, scrolling left and right is dumb. You already have an at at the bottom of the webpage, you don't need a black box of nothing wasting space.

bring back sections sorting messages by when they were received
All emails now are lumped together. Please bring back the section breaks with "Today" "Yesterday" "This Week" "Last Week" "This Month" "This Year" "Last Year" "2024" (and for every prior year)

Too much white space on the new email. Only two choices - light or dark appearance. Nothing in between. Offer another choice.

Put it back or at least make read items faint
This looks like a horrible phone app. I hate it. At least dim or make faint the mail already read.
I used to be a paid user, stopped paying when you updated and ignored feedback, and you seem to be doing that again. And why do you not have MAIL as one of the options here??

get rid of the AI features
if you absolutely must keep them because you've sunk too much money into the sinkhole that is AI, at least change it to a toggle ON feature instead of toggle off. It is absolutely infuriating and insulting to have a constant pop-up that I have to click out of. I don't need a machine to summarize my emails, I have basic reading comprehension.

Get rid of the streaks
Im just trying to reply to emails. I dont need confetti going off because I wrote an email to someone a few days in a row. No one would want that ever. The halloween challenge and all that is embarrassingly bad. I have had a yahoo account for over 20 years and feel like this is the first time I should switch out. Do you think gmail has a little pumpkin in the corner that shoots confetti when you write an email?

turn off the 2 step verification process when signing in
This isn't an idea just can't figure this out when signing in. Here's some feedback about signing in since I can't contact yahoo about the signing into mail. I bought a new router and got it installed on Oct 19 or 20, 2026 and ever since I had to get a code to prove it is me. It is me I don't share my info to no one. Yahoo is getting just like facebook. Please Restore the Permanent Display of Linked Mailboxes
Dear Yahoo Mail Team,
I'm very disappointed with the recent Yahoo Mail redesign.
I manage five email accounts, and the previous layout allowed me to see all five mailboxes and their unread email counts at a glance. Now, I have to hover over the currently selected mailbox just to see the others, and the unread indicators are tiny and easy to miss.
This is a significant step backwards in usability. The previous layout was clear, convenient and efficient, whereas the new design makes checking multiple accounts unnecessarily difficult.
