Please move the ad under the mail pane. It's fine off to the side, but when it's below I can only see like 3 inches of my email instead of most of it. terrible idea to put it down there.

why in everything under the sun would you delete nearly 30 years of my inbox because ive not used your service for 12 months?!!!!! are you actually kidding me?
ive got no way to reactivate an old xbox account now youve got rid of all my emails as this was my recovery one. it had all of my old gamertag emails stored in it. now im absolutely effed because microsoft are a bag of ess!

Make sure AI toggle off actually works
I have all AI summary toggles switched off in my Yahoo Mail settings, but I still see my emails in the Android app giving me summaries by Yahoo Scout. This is a breach of privacy. Please fix this.

Give me a way to remove the little gamification "goals" (or whatever it's called) "feature." It is annoying!!
The "feature" pops up on top of other things I want to access when I hit its goals and on opening my mail program, is visually annoying, and for me is completely unnecessary. I manage my inbox JUST FINE without having some kind of arbitrary goals for cleaning it up doing pop-ups on my screen. I cannot for the life of me find how to turn it off, make it invisible, etc etc. Maybe a "theme" that is "no widgets" would do it? I don't really want to revert to the old yahoo mail just to get rid of this…

Provide accurate information or provide more details
The Personal Setting page login.yahoo.com/myaccount/personalinfo says, "You can send messages using a different name To show a different name in email messages you send, change your name in Mail settings on desktop." A link takes me to Mail, and I found Settings, but I do not see where I can change the name. Where is it?

How about when someone wants to talk to an agent, you don't make them have to speak to a bot. If an agent is requested. Put on an agent.
First off, WORST service ever. I should be able to get to an agent when requested, not asked the same thing 8 times by a robot. Secondly, I check my e-mail on my phone daily. keep up with it all. Problem with Yahoo App
I've had some problems lately with my yahoo mail app
1) parts of email discussions missing from my phone. Notifications have arrived for new emails but when i click on the email it's not there and never loads. It hasnt been deleted, and when ive managed to log in on desktop, the email then shows, but still doesnt show in the mobile app
2) emails showing as sent, then 24 hours going back to the drafts box, meaning missed opportunities and wasted time

Old domain security risk to remediate
admin change option is needed. I have been a Yahoo email user since you started providing the service. Many years. The original account that I used to open up my Yahoo account has long since disappeared, the company no longer exists. I cannot remove that old, non existent email account from my recovery email list because "was used to open your account". Yahoo email is my account, you are really the only one I use. Delete button shift`
Hi,
When I click delete it asks, do I want "unsubscribe" or report as spam, at first I thought it is part of feature - delete few emails and it would ask are you sure want to continue receive it.
Now i have discovered it is because on emails where there is CC , navigation displays 3 instead of 2 reply/forward options, which shifts DELETE button, and with that if you don't look, you click now spam button instead of delete button. Remove or move the delet confirmation
When you select multiple e-mails to delete and then delete. The confirmation message overlays the menu, and you have to double click to make the confirmation disappear before you can take the next action (like delete more junk mail).

Speed it up
Why is it that since Yahoo mail was altered it has gotten remarkably slow? You should have left well enough alone! It used to function way better than now and it certainly looked a lot better!

Create options to turn off keyboard shortcuts and identify Primary/non-Primary messages
Dear Yahoo email team,
I like the new version overall but have a couple of feature requests:
PLEASE make it possible to turn off the keyboard shortcuts. When I am writing a message, the compose tool is frequently thinking that I want to delete a message or simply takes me out of a message entirely for reasons I don't know. My guess is that I am bumping the control key when I am reaching for shift but I am not sure that is the reason. Anyway, I hardly ever use the shortcuts anyway. If I could just turn them off…

Move the hover actions to the left
In the previous UI two actions that I use a lot (star and mark as read) were very conveniently towards the beginning of the email list and their respective buttons (the empty/full star and the little blue dot) were always present on the screen so I would directly point at them to click.
Now there are two UI downgrades:
