WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  2. I no longer can "search" for a keyword.

    I no longer can "search" for a keyword. The only field available is "subject". This field was especially helpful when I can't remember the subject line. Please fix.

  4. Way to change email accounts

    You retards screwed this up! I can't switch between my email accounts anymore. WHY CAN'T YOU LEAVE THINGS ALONE! THIS LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE KID DESIGNED IT, WITH ALL THE STUPID COLORS.

  5. inbox word distinguishes problem

    i am happy to try the new experience and outlook, but up to today i find that it is quite hard to differ between read and unread mail in inbox. may this information can help yahoo to grow better and wiser. thankyou

  12. Enable sending emails to groups with one click. The current "Email this list" bar doesn't work.'t work.

    The color of purple is a little harsh on my eyes. Can you make it so that email users can change the color of the email headers?

  14. Exporting Yahoo Mail

    The way things are "evolving" with Yahoo Mail and features, I would not be surprised if we receive notificiation in the not-so-distant future that Yahoo Mail will be going away or that it will be FURTHER downsized to an incredibly low and impractical size or users will need to pay big bucks to kee it.

    It seems to me Yahoo is tone-deaf to the needs and wants of its user base vs beta testers. So I'd like to start transitioning to another email provider with an effortless way to export all my mail.

  16. Hard to move emails into folders

    Am I missing something? It's hard to move emails into my folder categories in the new Yahoo email experience because I can't expand the folder pane on the left to easily drag an email into the appropriate sub folder. I can select an email, click on Move, and type the folder name. However, it only lets me move one email at a time. This is a significant hinderance to may ability to navigate the interface quickly. Can you 1) allow expansion of the Folders pane on the left to show sub folders? and 2) allow me to move multiple selected…

  17. I hate the auto drop down box above my mail

    It is so annoying for the drop down box to drop down every few seconds when i am trying to read my mail. Why would you change to this. i really hate yahoo mail

  18. Block unsolicited ads in my mailbox .

    Block unsolicited ads in my mailbox . I NEVER respond to those ads . Nor , do i respond to ads from those companies that are located in other sites . I just simply REFUSE to consider doing business with anyone who barges into my mailbox ! ! !

    Help should be available to all. I have used Yahoo mail almost since it was created but I can't get help is wrong and unprofessional.

    Stop changing the look of Yahoo Mail. This new look is bad and makes me want to stop using it for my primary email.

  20. [critic] EMAIL LAYOUT

    I can't no longer switch to old yahoo mail. it's too complicated and felt like the UX designer don't want a blank spaces like the old one.
