WHAT'S NEW?
Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Differentiate Unread v. Read - Better ways to see the difference.
Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. e-mail senders addresses to be showed accurately as Default ,in written format.

    Hi !

    This is a Security Risk, absolutely.

    Why cannot the e-mail address to be shown/showed fully as in written text format as Default ? Why do i have to hover above the Senders nickname first to see the accurate Address.

    For example criminals might use almoust exact same e-mail address as my Electric Company's Billing address.
    If i could see the actual complite e-mail address right away !!! without separately hovering above it, i could instantly see if its Legit sender or not.

    Why does Yahoo now allow this Security risk, for the email users to be hoaxed spammed…

  2. Location of the e-mail file attachments. Why now located way down at bottom ?

    Hi !

    Why cant the e-mail/drafted e-mail FILE ATTACHMENTS be located at the TOP of the mail ??? like it was at the old/classic yahoo email. As now attachments locate instead at the way bottom that causes harm...

    For example email may be very long in terms of text, hence you cannot see any of its ATTACHMENTS right away when you open the individual mail, no matter being Drafted or incoming arrived e-mail.

    When FILE ATTACHMENTS are located on top of the mail, it ALSO helps to locate mail(s) that i want to search for. Makes manual Searching way faster,…

  4. How about not deleting decades of history

    Imagine a world where there are RNA programming injections, self-driving cars, satellites, rocket ships, and yet we have e-mail boxes that delete your entire history (inbox, sent, saved) mail because you didn't log in for a year. How antiquated, and laughable that company would be.

    i don't like the black or white (light or dark) appearance of yahoo mail. i liked the old appearance color, it looked better and was easier on the eyes

I did not accidentally delete them! 1 day they were there the next time I looked, more than 90 percent of them were gone! Now I’m being told there is nothing that can be done! I have memories that are lost forever! That’s so heartbreaking!

    i received a storage overused email from yahoo and restriction to my email. i deleted old emails and reached below20gb used storage. but the restriction still applied to the email

  16. Why are folders not listed, easier to file emails into the folders
