More like old version. Better font or give font choices. Show defined month headings in email scroll
The new format actually hurts my eyes, as in, it physically strains my eyes, making it hard to look at and read.
The new format also doesn't divide the email scroll into defined months, making it harder to find older emails.
The font is hard to read because it is so stark and unpleasant.

Keep Folders file open.
Still cannot keep the Folders file open at all times in the sidebar. Now I need to do three clicks instead of one, to move a message to a folder. Very annoying--does "new" mean more umbersome? I hate to change to google mail, but I must say I really dislike the new Yahoo.

stop the pop-ups
If you don't stop giving pop-ups of all the great new features and streaks in Yahoo mail, I may stop using it all together. I go there for email, not to be bombarded by useless distractions.

Get rid of the frigging white space between messages in the header list view
Get rid of all the white space when viewing the list of messages in a mailbox. Not all of us is using this service on a touch device!

Here are a few ideas....
- Allow list of emails (those I own) to move back to the top left sidebar. Currently they are difficult to see, hard to remember which one I'm in and take an added step to open them. I use all of mine in one day.. and appreciated seeing the new message count next to each box ... as it was previously in the old design,
- I don't know what it is but it's much harder to see simple things (the trash can at the top or which one is the move icon, etc) or distinguish between messages than it use to…

Allow for more customization of the inbox design
I have been using yahoo mail for 27 years -- at times paying for Yahoo Mail Plus -- and I have been happy all these 27 years till now. I do not like the functionality of the new redesign. And after a quarter of a century, I am considering a switch to Tutanota or ProtonMail as I am willing to pay for a better interface.
The primary issue with the redesign is that it is cluttered and makes it difficult to scan quickly for information. I am shocked that there are not more options for tailoring the design to one's…

I want to be able to see my Mailboxes at the top of the left hand side so I can easily switch between the two of them. Can I move it to the top?

Bring back the function to block unsafe/ dangerous emails immediately
Bring back the feature to block unsafe or dangerous emails instantly. Yahoo Mail is allowing scammers to harass vulnerable users with their constant messages.

still don't want to deal with the new style
Please give the option to use the old style. I will continue to write everyday I see this. I truly loathe it and can only continue to use my email from my phone. I prefer to use the computer but can't deal with the new look.

The folders I had in my inbox in the "old" Yahoo mail are now gone
I created folders within my inbox but with the switch to the new Yahoo mail, they are gone, so I have lost many, many emails and now I don't have a way to get them back.

Mailbox view
I have four mailboxes that I use daily. I do not like the placement of the dropdown menu at the bottom left of the screen to cycle through my mailboxes. Messages are not being read because I cannot see the unopened emails in each box like I used to be able to. Please move this display or revert to the original view.

Sorting
I find it hard to find emails by day/date. I would love to see the ability to have a header that indicates today, yesterday, other days of the week, week later estc. Maybe that is coming with compact view, but i feel like that should have been ready before launching. I actually prefer the old version.

make it disability friendly
New layout is terrible. Different fonts, etc. Such discrimination against dyslexic people. The person who developed it is absolutely unprofessional. Return the old layout please

PLEASE STOP THE GAMEIFICATION!
We want simple. We dont want to be overwhelmed with bells and whistles. We just want to access our emails and move on. I dont want to hit streaks. I dont want confetti. I dont want any of it.

Open "ALL" in Inbox
The new version opens "Primary" in the Inbox. It should open "All." This is really annoying because many more incoming emails show up in "All." Is there any way for the user to control this?

Spam Folder
Since converting to this new email, I am now getting a lot more Spam emails from *** websites and strange unknown senders. Before, I rarely received any Spam, so there must be some type of security/privacy breach somewhere that allows just anyone to have access to all of the user email addresses of the email service you provide.
