Verify advertising links!
I clicked an AD link at the top of my inbox and it immediately opened one of those scams where your screen is locked, there is a siren noise and a voice telling you your PC is compromised and to call the flashing number on the screen. I recognized the scam and took the necessary steps to clear and protect my PC, but I was disappointed that the scam came from a link in Yahoo.

Calendar Feedback
Why have red/yellow green flag notations at all when they don't show up on my calendar page? And why can't I see all of events that I've entered onto a certain date? I use the flags to help find certain events when I need to remind myself of something. And I don't want to go through extra steps to view the whole day, regardless if was in the past or the future. In short, IMO, the current format sucks 💩.

Ads: Fake Checkboxes - Looks Like an Email
Ads in my inbox should not be permitted to look like a checkbox to get clicks.
I had an ad with a box that appeared to be a checkbox, I clicked and it took me to what appeared to be a malicious link. I think it is likely something as a scare tactic to sell some form of PC protection service.

Advertisement issues - Virus
advertisements that can result in a virus like encounter should not be allowed on yahoo mail. the ad prompted me to a page which resulted in a screen and audio claiming my computer was corrupted and i should not shut or close the computer and asked me to call Microsoft at the telephone number on the screen. because i was afraid to do that i had to shut the computer down manually and reboot.

Function for removing emails is not working
The function for deleting all unread messages does NOT remove more than 100 even when I mark Remove all.
Please sort this out before askinfg your customer to pay for storage.Br

Adding email address to contacts
I've tried, unsuccessfully, to add email addresses to my contacts I couldn't get them to SAVE, because I never saw a SAVE BUTTON. . It must be operator error, but I am wondering if this is a glitch in the new system and others are having the same difficulty?

Replying to emails in threads
Its getting very difficult to reply in the thread emails. Whenever I type its hides the above lines and I have to scroll up all the time; moreover, if I copy and paste then it takes me to the last message and if the email thread is long then I have search for my message again to send it. Your new update is not effecive

Can not forward emails with attachments
As in a few days ago I could not forward emails with attachments. I have to go to the old version to do so.
Also, I do not know why now every attachment gets copied twice. If I send an email with 5 attachments when I go back to my email now it has 10 files.How often are you allowed to make changes? It is taking way too long for these things to get fixed.

Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Draft emails just delete while you are working on them
Three times I have been writing an email and suddenly yahoo just says your email has been deleted. It just happened to me 11:47am 6/20/25 AZ time. I am so frustrated. I don't know why this happens and how to stop it.

backspace deletes emails that are being replied to
When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. Attachments disappear as soon as someone replies to an email. This has been happening since the switch to the new yahoo email. I'm tempted to migrate to Gmail.

Where is the idea list? How can I search ideas if you you remove the list? What's WRONG with you? Is there a competent person under 30 (40?) in the workforce these days? Or is this even handled by humans at all?

Bug: The forum may be locked and I can't reply to Yahoo staff
I have opened at least two feedback issues that have been responded to by Yahoo staff. I have no way to follow up because when I go to each page with the issue there's no way to reply and the comments are hidden. All the issue page shows is the original report. Additionally, as I reported in a separate bug, this uservoice forum does not work anymore and I can't see anyone else's ideas. I think that the forum may be locked. Request to Restore Missing Emails & Folder Name Issue on Yahoo Mail via Outlook
Dear Yahoo Mail Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my Yahoo Mail account when using it with Outlook. I have created a new folder in Outlook and moved some emails into it. However, when I rename the folder, it automatically reverts to the original name, and the emails inside disappear.
