Looking at a big inbox... you want to quickly select a bunch of messages (easy) and mark them all read (also easy), but then, you want to move on, and select a bunch more. In the old UI, after marking messages as read, they were deselected, so it was easy to move on to the next set. Now, the messages remain selected, so to not consider them again, you have to either unmark them all (a PITA), or select all, and deselect all using the 'all' marker at the top of the column (also a PITA). Make paper clip clickable
The paper clip Icon in the email was clickable on the top of the emails. Clicking it took us to the attachment. THis feature is not there. If there are chain emails, we need to scroll all the way down to get to the attachment.
Think about bringing that back, you dont want to lose something uniqueIt was the one of the best things in Yahoo mail.

Long List of Searches but Can't Delete
Please make it easy to delete old mail searches. There is no X when I highlight them or right-click so I have a list of about 20 and the most recent are way off to the right side. USELESS.

Restore Date-Based Email Grouping in New Yahoo Mail
Please bring back the date-based email grouping feature from the previous Yahoo Mail interface. The ability to automatically group emails under headings such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, and Earlier This Month made inbox navigation much more efficient. The current sorting options are helpful, but they do not provide the same usability as the grouped view. Please consider restoring this feature as an optional setting in New Yahoo Mail.

Why are you making me change? I need to see my mailboxes, not the folders
I want my mailboxes and number of unread messages in each mailbox seen, it is most important. I do not use different folders, why is folders taking up all the space, I dont use folders. Now I will have to find a different inbox viewer to see my 10 mailboxes and stop paying for yahoo PLUS

Restore the Folder layout and provide an OFF buton for AI.
Folders are where the emails are stored and it was easy to locate. AI interface is garbage for the people with half a brain and COMMON SENSE. TURN IT OFF. I AM SIGNED IN, THAT IS WHY I AM ANSWERING YOU "LEARN MORE" BUTTON.

With new Yahoo Mail, the folder list closes after I choose a folder. Could you make an option to keep the folder list permanently open?
It is going to be much more convenient if Yahoo gives us an option to keep the folder list permanently open in the left pane in new Yahoo Mail.
Please change back to old Yahoo Mail style for the folder list visible all the time.
More convenient and easier with folder list visible all the time.
By the way, I am using Yahoo Mail about 20 years. Please listen to your loyal customer.

fix the issues with moving emails
I click on a list of emails and attempt to move them to a folder and they do not leave inbox.

Display of email address instead of Real Name
It is impossible to navigate the contact list when the same people has multiple email address, or Multiple people with the same name. It only display the person name, and THERE ARE NO WAY TO DIFFERENCIATE BETWEEN THEM. Please either change it or just let people use legacy mode

Under "Show images in messages," I click "Ask before showing external images," but it repeatedly reverts to "Show images in messages, Always, except in spam folder."It should keep my setting.

Email List button - fix
I was switched over to the new yahoo mail and am finding that when I
am sending email using an "email list" the button stating "email this list" is not loading
the email address in the address line...
The chatbot told me to type in the name of the list - which worked but why is this not working?
This "new yahoo" has been out for a long time - I went back to the old system because I did not like

Sent Folder - Mass Actions
I'm trying to clean up my sent folder. There is no way to select multiple messages and do a mass action on them such as delete, move, archive, mark read/unread. You have to do them one message at a time. Bring back all of the action buttons that used to be at the top and also the select all messages checkbox. I don't know why these aren't there. Should be at least consistent with the other folders especially because the sent folder is one of the main folders in any email app.

Fix crash loop on new interface when hovering over order confirmations
My account was updated to the new Yahoo Mail interface. There is a critical rendering crash on the main inbox page. Every time my mouse cursor hovers over an online order confirmation email in my list, the entire inbox crashes instantly and redirects to the purple error screen stating "Yahoo Mail has encountered a problem."
This happens even in Incognito mode, but the same email opens perfectly fine on the Yahoo Mail mobile app. The issue is tied to how the new desktop web interface pre-fetches the automated code layout of order receipts on mouse hover. Please implement error handling…

Fatal Error: Emailing from lists is not functional
I've tried several times to email to a list saved in contacts (before the upgrade). What am I doing wrong?
I open a new email. Select the list from contacts. (made sure the cursor was in TO field and click the Email this List button, but the TO field (or the CC or BCC fields do not get populated.

Attaching a document repositions the screen to an unusable position
When attaching a document to an email, after the selection popup closes, the entire window reformats such that 90% of the emails and menus are above the top of the screen and cannot be scrolled into view. only the very bottom of the email body window, the attach/send/save draft controls, and the very bottom of the folder tree is visible in the top 10% of the pane. It is not scrollable, so there is no way to bring it into view. The only fix is refreshing the tab and re-opening the draft email.

Change the Calendar format
I'm a Yahoo user in Australia, and in Australia our calendar format is day/month/year but you have an Amercanised calendar format which has month/day/year and is very confusing. Can you please use an Australian Calendar format for Yahoo in Australia?
