Your new email design is so painful. why change the user interface. i use this for work. to start. in your dark mode the unread and read is almost identical. there are no lines separating emails between days. youve doubled the size of the advertising on right hand side. you have moved the mailbox to the bottom befreo it was was visible on top and showed how many emails were unread. you ve moved the star to the right to make it less visible. youve hiddne the folders. you have done a terrible job with this new email. has…

Please return to the prior UX design for the browser client
You have missed the mark on UX design in your new browser-based email client. Gamification should be an option that can be turned off; I don't need/like/want it. I also can't wait for compact view as the font is absurdly large in the current version and it is difficult to discern bold (unread) message from read (not bold) messages. Please return the toolbar with action buttons and do not make me navigate into a message to apply actions like reply, delete, etc. You have also wasted an incredible amount of screen real estate on, well, nothing; there is substantial blank/dark…

Please make the Paper clip Icon Actionable
The paper clip used to take us to the attachment in the email. Bring back this feature, it was very helpful and we did not need to scroll down to the end of the message.

Improve Response Time
In the new version, it is is taking longer time to send/receive/compose messages. It looks heavy. Earlier Basic version was better and easier to navigate.
There is no option to switch to the basic version either,

blocking made even relatively easier
Hi, i cannot find the block feature anywhere quickly or simply. The ONLY option i can see is to copy the senders address and go into settings to paste it in a 'block email address' section. I have been receiving 100s of spam emails for some time now and this is very tiring and a long process. perhaps make a block option next to the received email

Did you remove a simple feature as blocking emails from non plus? I can no longer block emails at all. You cant be this greedy?

Storage icon
You had an icon below folders on the left side which showed the storage of the mail; as to how much storage is used and how much is left. I can't see it now in this format. can you please restore it?

Allow me to contact support for help
There is no way to contact support about my account problems. How can I fix them if there is no way to contact you? There is no online person to talk to, no phone number, no email address, no physical address. Surely this is illegal under UK and international law? How can you operate without your customers being able to contact you?

Give a sort by sender option
With this new update (which I HATE by the way), you took away the ability to sort by sender. PLEASE bring this back. I am about ready to quit yahoo mail and switch to google.

Enable emails grouped by conversation Reply function for any email in the group rather than the latest email received.
I have email grouped by conversation. When an email is sent to multiple addresses, and one or more of these have replied to the original email, I often struggle to reply to the original email. The Reply function selects the latest reply address to send my reply to instead of the original email. If I 'pop out' the original email, the Reply function is not available. Is there a solution to this frustrating 'feature'?

I am not able to disable Yahoo Scout
In Yahoo Mail I have the AI Message summaries is turned off under More options > Settings > AI features, but summaries still appear at the top of individual emails. Please contact me at ellswow@yahoo.com, so I can provide screen shot evidence that the settings are not working. Thanks

make the open message window bigger. it's too small. too much scrolling
this new version when I open a message it is in too small a space to read it. I have to scroll and scroll and scroll to read the whole message now. I used to be able to see the whole message. all the other panes around it are so big it squeezes out the actual message space. reply and forward are so big. they don't need to be that big. I can't change the size of the other menu windows either. this is impossible to use the way I need to use it. I want to go back but…
